【摘要】：本文题为“东北老工业基地区域产业分工与合作模式选择”。主要利用区域经济学的理论，综合产业经济学等相关辅助学科进行研究。东北老工业基地在东北亚中的区域分工合作中占据重要的位置，但长期以来东北老工业基的区域产业分工与合作还处于较低层次，并没有利用自身的比较优势和要素禀赋形成纵向与横向多层次、深入的分工与合作，，形成规模经济使区域的总体产业竞争力得到提升。特别是内蒙东部地区，虽然自然资源丰富，但资源开采效率较低。如何对东北老工业基地及内蒙古东部地区的区域总体形成合理的产业分工，并最终通过恰当的合作模式作为分工的实现形式是本文主要研究的问题。本文通过利用区位商、比较劳动生产率等区域经济学中的理论对东北老工业基地多项指标进行量化分析，对四省的产业分工进行研究，以东北老工业基地产业协调和区域经济一体化作为目标，通过分析横向和纵向不同的合作模式，为东北老工业基地分工后的合作提供理论依据。绪论部分从总体上说明了本文的框架结构，第一章通过对国外及国内的相关理论进行梳理，对区域产业分工、区域合作及分工与合作的关系在理论上进行整合，为下文的分析提供了强大的理论工具，第二章深入阐述了区域产业分工与合作的影响因素并分析相关影响因素如何作用区域产业分工与合作的模式，第三章分析了东北老工业基地的区域产业分工与合作的作用机制，并且阐述了东北老工业基地产业分工与合作的现状，第四章利用区域经济学及相关学科的理论提出了构建区域产业分工的模型并进行了量化分析，第五章主要在前述基础上提出了适合东北老工业基地的区域产业分工及合作模式，并根据东北老工业基地的实际情况提出相关的政策建议。本文对完善东北老工业基地的产业链、深化分工与合作都具有实在意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, entitled "the old industrial base of the Northeast regional industrial division and cooperation mode". Occupy an important position in the regional division of labor in Northeast Asia in the northeast old industrial base, but for a long time, regional industrial division and cooperation of northeast old industrial base is at a low level, and no use of comparative advantage and factor of forming their own vertical and horizontal level, division of labor and cooperation, the formation of scale economy make the overall competitiveness of the regional industry to upgrade. Especially in the eastern region of Inner Mongolia, rich in natural resources, but the exploitation efficiency of resources is low. How to overall regional the old industrial base in Northeast China and Inner Mongolia in the eastern part of the formation of a reasonable division of labor, and finally through the appropriate mode of cooperation as a form of division of labor Is the main problem of this article. In this paper, by using location quotient, comparative labor productivity in regional economics theory in the northeast old industrial base in a number of indicators of quantitative analysis of the four provinces of the industrial division of the northeast old industrial base of industrial coordination and regional economic integration as the goal, through the analysis of different horizontal and vertical the mode of cooperation, to provide a theoretical basis for the old industrial base of the northeast division of labor cooperation. The introduction part describes the framework of this paper on the whole, the first chapter of the foreign and domestic related theories in carding, division of regional industry, the relationship between regional cooperation and division of labor and cooperation integration in theory, provide powerful theoretical tool for the analysis below, the second chapter elaborates the influence factors of regional industrial division and cooperation and to analyze the related factors by Region Domain of industrial division and cooperation mode, the third chapter analyzes the function mechanism of the regional industrial division and cooperation of the northeast old industrial base, and expounds the current situation of the northeast old industrial base of industrial division and cooperation, the fourth chapter puts forward the construction of regional industrial division model using regional economics and related disciplines theory and quantitative analysis. In the fifth chapter, on the basis of the above proposed regional industrial division and cooperation mode for the northeast old industrial base, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions according to the actual situation of the northeast old industrial base. This paper industry chain on the perfection of the northeast old industrial base, has real significance to deepen the division of labor and cooperation.
