【摘要】：汽车零部件制造企业是汽车工业体系的重要组成部分,汽车零部件制造企业的持续有序发展稳定的人力资源来支撑,大多数学者认为实施生产性服务外包是有效提高汽车零部件制造企业竞争力的重要措施之一。汽车零部件制造企业在实施人力资源服务外包时可以获得成本优势、战略聚焦、获取专业服务与满足组织弹性需要等优势,也存在相应的风险。根据风险管理的相关知识,识别汽车零部件制造企业人力资源外部存在的风险,并提出汽车零部件制造企业风险防范的策略。
[Abstract]:The automobile parts manufacturing enterprise is an important part of the automobile industry system. The continuous and orderly development of the automobile parts manufacturing enterprise is supported by the stable human resources. Most scholars believe that the implementation of productive service outsourcing is one of the most important measures to improve the competitiveness of auto parts manufacturing enterprises. Automotive parts manufacturing enterprises can obtain cost advantages in the implementation of human resources service outsourcing. . Strategic focus, access to professional services and meet the needs of organizational flexibility and other advantages, there are corresponding risks. According to the knowledge of risk management, identify the external risks of human resources in automotive parts manufacturing enterprises. And put forward the risk prevention strategy of automobile parts manufacturing enterprises.
