【摘要】：伴随着中国汽车行业的高速发展,越来越多的企业开始引进发动机自动化生产线。发动机生产线项目进度管理具有相当的复杂性,在计划阶段面临着许多不确定因素,在实施过程中又面临着多种因素的干扰,实现对进度的有效管理是项目管理成功的关键。本论文以项目管理知识体系为理论基础,运用进度管理的知识和工作分解机构的方法,对ABB公司发动机生产线项目工序进行分解和编码,估算出项目的活动工期,编制了网络计划,继而找出关键路径,在此技术上编制出了项目进度计划。为了保证项目计划符合工期要求,对进度计划进行了优化。在制定了项目进度计划后,为保证工作可以按照计划进行,在项目的进行过程中对项目进度计划进行追踪和控制,找出影响计划实施的因素,并且对进度计划进行了调整。通过运用项目进度管理技术,保证了发动机生产线项目的按时完成。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, more and more enterprises begin to introduce automatic engine production line. The project schedule management of engine production line has considerable complexity. In the planning stage, there are many uncertain factors, and in the process of implementation, many factors interfere. The key to the success of project management is to realize the effective management of the progress. Based on the knowledge system of project management, this paper uses the knowledge of schedule management and the method of work decomposition mechanism to decompose and encode the project process of engine production line of ABB Company. The project schedule is estimated, the network plan is worked out, and the critical path is found. In order to ensure that the project plan meets the requirements of the project schedule, the project schedule is worked out technically. The schedule is optimized. In order to ensure that the work can be carried out according to the plan, track and control the project schedule in the process of the project, find out the factors that affect the implementation of the plan. And the schedule is adjusted. By using the project schedule management technology, the engine production line project is completed on time.
