神东电力公司员工培训体系研究

【摘要】:随着国内外环境的变化,我国企业正经历着前所未有的挑战和冲击,企业通过人力资源培训与开发,提升管理者素质,提升员工核心竞争力,才能生存,谈发展。建立与企业自身发展相适应的员工培训体系,可以将员工个人的发展目标与企业的战略发展目标统一起来,满足员工自我实现的需求,调动员工工作的积极性和热情,从而增强企业凝聚力,进而提升企业的整体效益并增强企业核心竞争力。 本文以培训体系为基础,以人力资源理论和分析方法为依据,对神东电力培训现状存在的问题、内容及成因进行分析。文章主要采用理论运用和实证研究相结合的方法,具体包括文献分析法、访谈法、观察法、相关资料收集法、图标分析法、调查问卷法等,进一步分析神东电力现有正式员工(不含外委)培训体系存在的问题,提出对员工战略培训体系优化设计的总思路。按照培训需求分析、培训计划、培训实施、培训效果评估四个关键节点进行优化神东电力培训体系,本文提出合理的解决措施和可行的建议,同时,应用配套措施来支撑和巩固培训体系。本文分为六章:第一章的核心是讨论文章思路、研究方法。第二章是相关理论综述。第三章是公司战略对人力资源培训的分析。第四章是公司员工培训体系的优化,由培训的三大保障体系、培训需求分析、培训需求计划的制定、需求计划的实施、培训效果评估体系组成。第五章是配套措施。第六章结论及有待进一步研究成果。 本文通过优化培训体系,结合神东电力公司战略目标,对优化神东电力人才结构,提高员工技能和素质,提供具体可行的措施,满足了员工的职业发展,解决了发电企业成长过程中遇到的人才培养问题。为人力资源战略打下良好的基础,并对同类发电企业和快速成长的企业具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the change of environment at home and abroad, Chinese enterprises are experiencing unprecedented challenges and shocks. Through human resource training and development, enterprises can improve the quality of managers and enhance the core competitiveness of employees to survive. Talk about development. Establish the staff training system suitable for the enterprise's own development, can unify the individual development goal of the employee and the strategic development goal of the enterprise, and meet the self-realization demand of the staff. Arouse the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the staff, thus enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, and then enhance the overall efficiency of the enterprise and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Based on the training system and human resource theory and analysis method, this paper discusses the problems existing in the current training situation of Shendong Electric Power Company. This paper mainly adopts the methods of theoretical application and empirical research, including literature analysis, interview, observation, data collection, icon analysis. This paper further analyzes the problems existing in the training system of the existing regular staff (excluding Extranet) of Shendong Electric Power Company, and puts forward the general idea of optimizing the design of the staff strategic training system, and analyzes the training needs according to the training needs. Training plan, training implementation, training effect evaluation of four key nodes to optimize the Shendong Electric Power training system, this paper puts forward reasonable solutions and feasible suggestions, at the same time. This paper is divided into six chapters: the core of the first chapter is to discuss the ideas of the article. The second chapter is the summary of relevant theories. The third chapter is the analysis of human resource training in company strategy. Chapter 4th is the optimization of employee training system. The formulation of training demand plan, the implementation of demand plan, the composition of training effect evaluation system. Chapter 5th is the supporting measures. Chapter 6th conclusions and further research results. Through optimizing the training system and combining the strategic goal of Shendong Electric Power Company, this paper optimizes the talent structure of Shendong Electric Power Company, improves the skills and quality of employees, and provides concrete and feasible measures to meet the professional development of employees. It solves the problem of talent training in the process of power generation enterprise growth, lays a good foundation for human resource strategy, and has reference significance for similar power generation enterprises and fast growing enterprises.
