西电集团员工激励制度研究

【摘要】:伴随着市场经济的高速发展和政府有效的宏观调控,如何确保一个企业维持高速、稳定、持续的前进,成为越来越多理论研究关注的热点。作为企业的管理层,全身心投入到企业的管理只是一个必要条件,更为关键的是如何调动全体企业员工的积极性,让企业员工“心往一处想,劲往一处使”,齐心协力推动“企业列车”不断前行。因此,作为先决条件的员工激励制度就是必不可少的一个研究的领域。 作为西电集团,鉴于其员工的特殊性以及学历等各方面的差异性,探讨如何更有效的激励员工努力工作意义显得更加的重大。如何构建一个科学且合理的员工激励机制则成为制约和影响西电集团持续发展和壮大的关键环节。通过设置科学的激励机制,能够极大地降低企业员工的倦怠现象,更能够预防并解决企业人才流失问题,除此之外,还可以极大地调动员工在工作方面的主观能动性和积极性。这些都能够为推动西电集团的持续健康发展做出积极的贡献。鉴于员工激励制度的研究对于公司发展的重要性,文章从分析目前员工激励制度所存在的问题入手,在此基础之上重点讨论了员工激励制度实施的优化方案和辅助措施,以企业的客观发展实际为基础,企业激励机制理论为导向深入研究了西电集团在实施员工激励制度方面的必要性,进一步指出现存激励方案的欠缺并提出一整套的优化方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the market economy and the effective macro-control of the government, how to ensure an enterprise to maintain high speed, stability and continuous progress has become the focus of more and more theoretical research. Devotion to the management of the enterprise is only a necessary condition. The more important thing is how to arouse the enthusiasm of all the employees of the enterprise, so that the employees of the enterprise can "think in one place and make the effort in the same place". Therefore, employee incentive system as a prerequisite is an essential research area. As the West Power Group, in view of the particularity of its staff as well as the differences in education and other aspects. It is more important to explore how to encourage employees to work hard, and how to construct a scientific and reasonable employee incentive mechanism becomes the key link to restrict and influence the sustainable development and growth of Xideng Group. Setting up scientific incentive mechanism. Can greatly reduce the phenomenon of enterprise staff burnout, more able to prevent and solve the problem of enterprise brain drain, in addition. It can also greatly mobilize the subjective initiative and enthusiasm of employees in their work. All of these can contribute positively to the sustainable and healthy development of Xideng Group. In view of the research of employee incentive system, it will contribute to the development of the company. The importance of. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current employee incentive system, this paper focuses on the optimization scheme and auxiliary measures for the implementation of the employee incentive system, which is based on the objective development of the enterprise. Based on the theory of enterprise incentive mechanism, this paper studies the necessity of implementing employee incentive system in Xideng Group, further points out the deficiency of the existing incentive scheme and puts forward a set of optimization schemes.
