【摘要】:随着医药技术和生活水平的提高,冷藏药品在人们生活中的地位日趋重要。通过开展冷链配送使冷藏药品在流通过程中始终处于其需要的温度环境是保证药品安全的重要手段。然而当前北京市药品冷链服务能力不足、资源利用率不高,药品冷链配送的整体运作水平还有待提升。药品批发企业作为冷藏药品城市配送的主要承担者,通过开展协同配送,充分利用冷链资源,可有效解决上述问题。但是当前社会对协同配送的具体模式,尤其是针对药品冷链的协同配送模式没有一个清晰的界定,药品批发企业如何选择与自身相适应的协同配送模式的问题也尚未有深入的研究。 为帮助冷藏药品批发企业进行冷链协同配送模式的决策,本文以相关课题为基础,分析北京市药品冷链的发展现状,总结北京市药品冷链发展特点,对不同分类原则下的协同配送模式与药品冷链协同配送的适应性进行分析,最终提出三种适合药品批发企业的冷链协同配送模式并进行阐述。为解决药品批发企业冷链配送模式选择问题,文章提出冷链协同配送模式两阶段决策方法:首先通过改进型Ballow模型对药品批发企业内外环境进行分析,进行配送模式初步决策,继而在初步决策的基础上通过AHP-模糊Topsis方法评价不同协同配送模式与批发企业的匹配程度,最终得出科学的选择。此方法的优点在于结合了定性与定量评价,全面分析了企业现状和协同配送模式的影响,从而减少了决策的盲目性和主观性,对北京市药品批发企业冷链协同配送的实施具有积极的影响意义。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of medical technology and living standards. Refrigerated drugs are becoming more and more important in people's lives. It is an important means to ensure the safety of medicines in Beijing at present by carrying out cold chain distribution to keep refrigerated drugs in the temperature environment they need in circulation. Cold chain service capacity is insufficient. The utilization ratio of resources is not high, the whole operation level of cold chain distribution still needs to be improved. As the main carrier of refrigerated drug distribution, the wholesale enterprise of drugs can make full use of cold chain resources by carrying out collaborative distribution. Can effectively solve the above problems. But the current society on the specific mode of collaborative distribution, especially for the cold chain of drugs collaborative distribution model has not a clear definition. There is no deep research on how to choose the cooperative distribution mode of drug wholesale enterprises. In order to help the wholesale enterprises of refrigerated drugs to make the decision of the cold chain cooperative distribution model, this paper analyzes the current situation of the cold chain development in Beijing and summarizes the characteristics of the cold chain development in Beijing. This paper analyzes the adaptability of collaborative distribution model and cold chain collaborative distribution under different classification principles. Finally, three kinds of cold-chain cooperative distribution mode suitable for drug wholesale enterprises are put forward and expounded. In order to solve the problem of cold-chain distribution mode selection in drug wholesale enterprises. This paper puts forward a two-stage decision-making method of cold-chain cooperative distribution mode: firstly, the internal and external environment of drug wholesale enterprises is analyzed through the improved Ballow model, and the initial decision of distribution mode is carried out. Then, on the basis of preliminary decision, the matching degree between different collaborative distribution modes and wholesale enterprises is evaluated by AHP- fuzzy Topsis method. The advantage of this method is the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation, the overall analysis of the status quo of enterprises and the impact of collaborative distribution mode, thus reducing the blindness and subjectivity of decision-making. It has positive influence on the implementation of cold chain cooperative distribution in Beijing drug wholesale enterprises.
