【摘要】：一个国家经济的发展与国家产业的发展存在着密切的关系，而一个国家产业的发展主要是靠本国所具有的自然资源、科技力量。随着经济的加速发展和人口的增加，人们对生活要求越来越高，经济发展对环境造成的破坏等等因素，经济发展对能源的需求和能源的供给出现了越来越大的矛盾，以至于在全国范围内，大量的省份在用能高峰期出现拉闸限电，或者出现对西部能源的利用进行削减以供东部经济发展所需的现象，工农业的剪刀差现在转变为东西部能源需求差。LED照明产业的出现顺应了历史发展的要求，它的发展对我国能源的节约有效利用起着重要的作用，同时由于LED照明产业的产业链比较长，这就会带动相关产业的同步发展，所以进入21世纪，LED照明产业成为了国家的战略新兴产业。LED照明产业的发展会带动整个照明产业的更新升级，同时也是国家实施能源战略、建设环境友好型、资源节约型社会的重大举措之一。我国虽然在20世纪70年代就开始了LED产业的发展，到现在为止积累了一定的技术研发成果，但是将LED运用于照明产业，在我国还算是初级阶段，技术的成熟程度还难以达到大规模的产业化，这就使得我国的LED照明产业的推广和发展受到了一定的限制，同时还存在一些产业集聚达不到规模效应的现象，加之人们的节能意识较为淡薄，对LED的认识不够等等原因，使得我国的LED照明产业发展较为迟缓。本文就是对我国照明产业进行研究，利用S-C-P分析范式对我国的LED照明产业组织进行分析，将该行业中的代表性企业进行数据分析，同时查阅大量外国文献，了解发达国家如美国、日本、英国、德国等国家在LED照明产业发展方面的经验和教训，结合本国的实际情况和LED照明产业发展过程中存在的问题，提出一定的政策建议，以期推动我国LED照明产业健康快速的发展。通过查阅大量的数据库如中国知网、万方数据全文数据库、维普期刊，整理了LED照明相关资料。还利用了定量和定性分析法，对LED照明发展情况进行了定性分析，利用收集到的数据进行了定量研究，，从两方面来更好地阐述了中国LED发展的情况，同时为将来的发展指明了方向。本文的创新之处主要有两点：（1）将产业组织理论中的SCP范式运用于LED照明产业的分析中，拓宽了SCP分析范式的运用范围，增强了该产业研究的理论支撑。（2）打破了LED照明产业研究中的纯理论研究，将影响LED照明产业竞争力的几个因素进行了量化分析，通过多元回归进行了实证研究，使得研究结论更具说服力。
[Abstract]:A national economic development and national industrial development has a close relationship, and a national industrial development is mainly rely on their own with the natural resources, science and technology strength. With the acceleration of economic development and the increase of population, people increasingly high demand for life, the damage caused to the environment factors of economic development the development of economy, the demand for energy supply and energy conflicts more and more, that in the country, a large number of provinces in the energy peak power cuts, or cuts energy utilization in Western to meet the need of economic development in the eastern part of the phenomenon, the industry and agriculture is now changing the price scissors as the Eastern energy demand difference.LED lighting industry meets the demand of historical development and its development of China's energy saving effective utilization plays an important role, at the same time as LED lighting products Industry chain is long, it will drive the synchronous development of related industries, so in twenty-first Century, LED lighting industry has become the development of national strategic emerging industries.LED lighting industry will drive the entire lighting industry upgrading, but also the implementation of national energy strategy, the construction of environment-friendly, resource-saving society is one of the major initiatives.
Although China in 1970s began the development of LED industry, so far accumulated R & D results, but LED in the lighting industry in China is still in primary stage, the maturity of the technology is difficult to achieve large-scale industrialization, which makes the promotion and development of LED lighting industry in China the subject to certain restrictions, but there are still some industrial agglomeration is not up to the scale of the phenomenon, and people's consciousness of energy saving is relatively weak, due to the understanding of LED is not enough and so on, making China's LED lighting industry development is relatively slow. This paper focuses on the study of China's lighting industry, using the S-C-P analysis paradigm to me China's LED lighting industry organization analysis, the representative in the industry for data analysis, and access to a large number of foreign literature, understand the developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Britain, Germany And other countries' experience and lessons in the development of LED lighting industry, combined with the actual situation of our country and the problems existing in the development of LED lighting industry, put forward some policy recommendations, in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of LED lighting industry in China.
Through access to a large number of databases such as China CNKI, Wanfang Data full-text database, VIP journals, collected some information about LED lighting. Using quantitative and qualitative analysis, on the development of LED lighting are analyzed, studied quantitatively by using data collected from two aspects to better explain the China the development of LED, and pointed out the direction for future development. In this paper, there are two main innovations:
(1) the SCP paradigm in industrial organization theory to the analysis of the LED lighting industry, broaden the scope of application of the SCP analysis paradigm, enhances the theory support of the industry research. (2) broke the research of pure research in LED lighting industry, carried out a quantitative analysis of several factors that will affect the competitive force of LED the lighting industry, through multiple regression for empirical research, makes the conclusion more persuasive.
