【摘要】:建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,在促进社会进步和经济发展中起着重要作用。改革开放30多年来,我国的经济发展一直都呈现平稳较快发展趋势,目前正处于重工业经济时代,国家政府高度重视基础设施建设,2005年以来我国的全社会固定资产投资一直保持高速增长,与其密切相关的建筑业进入了快速增长的“黄金时期”。但伴随着信息技术的发展和市场化进程的加快,我国建筑业将面临更加激烈的竞争环境,其生存和发展的内外部环境都将发生深刻的变革。面对机遇和挑战,中铁建工集团作为建筑行业领域中的一个大型企业集团,如何能够在新的市场竞争环境下获取持续的竞争优势,保持一定的领先地位,是一个需要从长远发展方向审慎思考的重要问题。因此,本文主要从企业战略管理角度来研究中铁建工集团的公司发展战略问题,对构建企业的核心竞争力以获得健康可持续发展具有重要的理论指导和现实意义。 本文共分为六部分:第一章阐明了论文的研究背景、意义、方法、内容与结构;第二章分别对企业战略管理的研究现状、基本理论和方法工具相关内容进行综述;第三章分别对中铁建工集团公司发展的内外环境进行具体分析,并根据分析结果构建本公司发展战略环境分析的SWOT矩阵;第四章构建中铁建工集团公司发展战略的框架体系,由上到下依次为总体战略、业务战略和职能战略,并分别对它们进行了具体的内容研究;第五章提出了能够确保公司发展战略顺利实施应遵循的三项基本原则、需要重点控制的三个关键点以及在战略实施过程中应采取的三项保障措施;最后,简要说明了本文的主要研究成果和进一步研究展望。 本文主要取得以下研究成果:(1)基于中铁建工集团公司的发展状况,根据企业战略管理理论,将企业战略管理的全过程划分为环境分析、体系构建和实施控制三大阶段,为今后企业发展战略的管理工作提供了明确思路。(2)充分运用各种有效的战略分析工具,对中铁建工集团公司生存发展的内外环境进行深度剖析,并建立了公司发展战略环境的SWOT分析矩阵,对公司的战略分析工作具有实际的指导意义。(3)构建了中铁建工集团公司的战略框架体系,为本公司今后的战略制定与规划方面的工作提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our national economy, construction industry plays an important role in promoting social progress and economic development. Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, China's economic development has been showing a steady and rapid development trend. At present is in the heavy industry economic era, the national government attaches great importance to the infrastructure construction, since 2005, the whole society fixed assets investment has maintained the high speed growth. The construction industry, which is closely related to it, has entered a "golden period" of rapid growth. However, with the development of information technology and the acceleration of the marketization process, the construction industry of our country will face a more fierce competitive environment. The internal and external environment for its survival and development will undergo profound changes. In the face of opportunities and challenges, China Railway Construction Engineering Group is a large enterprise group in the field of construction industry. How to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage and maintain a certain leading position in the new market competition environment is an important issue that needs to be considered carefully from the long-term development direction. This paper mainly studies the development strategy of China Railway Construction Industry Group from the angle of enterprise strategic management, which has important theoretical guidance and practical significance for the construction of the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to obtain healthy and sustainable development. This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter clarifies the research background, significance, method, content and structure of the thesis; The second chapter summarizes the research status quo, basic theory and method tools of enterprise strategic management. The third chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Company respectively, and constructs the SWOT matrix of the development strategy environment analysis of the company according to the analysis results. Chapter 4th constructs the frame system of the development strategy of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Company, from top to bottom is the overall strategy, the business strategy and the function strategy, and has carried on the concrete content research to them separately; Chapter 5th puts forward three basic principles to ensure the smooth implementation of the company's development strategy, three key points that need to be controlled, and three safeguard measures to be taken in the process of the implementation of the strategy. Finally, the main research results and further research prospects are briefly described. Based on the development of China Railway Construction Engineering Group and the theory of enterprise strategic management, the whole process of enterprise strategic management is divided into environmental analysis. The three stages of system construction and implementation control provide a clear idea for the management of enterprise development strategy in the future) and make full use of all kinds of effective strategic analysis tools. This paper makes a deep analysis of the internal and external environment for the survival and development of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Company, and establishes the SWOT analysis matrix of the company's development strategy environment. It has practical guiding significance to the company's strategic analysis work. (3) the strategic frame system of China Railway Construction and Engineering Group Company is constructed, which provides the theoretical basis for the company's future strategic formulation and planning work.
