电子通讯产品第三方逆向物流网络模型设计研究

【摘要】:随着经济发展,消费者对电子通讯产品多样化和个性化的要求越来越高,由此导致废旧电子通讯产品也越来越多,不能及时有效处理。逆向物流网络是解决这一问题的重要途径,逆向物流网络的合理与否,直接关系到经济的发展与人类生存环境的优劣。因此,选择何种逆向物流模式以及如何建立一个高效合理的逆向物流网络是当下亟待解决的问题。本文通过分析当前我国电子通讯产品逆向物流及网络的情况,设计了电子通讯产品第三方逆向物流网络模型。 本文运用了文献研究法,定性与定量结合以及网络模型、数学模型的方法,,对目前我国电子通讯产品第三方逆向物流及网络进行分析,构建了适合我国电子通讯产品回收的第三方逆向物流网络框架及数学模型,并进行了数值仿真。具体研究内容包括:首先,在电子通讯产品,以及电子废旧物的基础上明确了废旧电子通讯产品的含义和特点,对逆向物流及网络进行了概念界定,给出循环经济,供应链,第三方逆向物流网络等相关理论基础,介绍了网络模型和数学模型方法;其次,在对现阶段我国电子通讯产品第三方逆向物流及网络的相关分析基础上,指出建立电子通讯产品第三方逆向物流要考虑的因素;然后,给出第三方逆向物流网络的回收主体及服务对象、流程、功能,构建出含有回收站、检测处理中心、再分销市场、废弃物处理中心四个层次的电子通讯产品第三方逆向物流网络框架并设计了网络模型,运用lingo软件进行数值仿真;最后,给出本文的结论。 本文通过建立电子通讯产品第三方逆向物流网络模型,一方面丰富了现有的逆向物流网络系统,为物流业务的发展提供了更多的方向,另一方面对政府或者相关管理部门就规范废旧电子通讯产品的回收等问题提供参考依据,有助于保护环境和提高人们的参与意识。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, consumers to diversification and individuation of electronic communication products have become increasingly demanding, resulting in the waste of electronic communication products are more and more, not timely and effective treatment. The reverse logistics network is an important way to solve this problem, the reverse logistics network is reasonable or not directly related to the economic development and human living environment the pros and cons. Therefore, the choice of reverse logistics model and how to establish a reasonable and efficient reverse logistics network is the current problems to be solved. In this paper, through the analysis of the current situation of the reverse logistics network and electronic communication products in China, the design of electronic communication products, the third party reverse logistics network model.
This paper uses the method of literature research, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, network model, mathematical model, analysis of the current electronic communication products in China and the third party reverse logistics network, establishes the frame and the mathematical model of third party electronic communication products in China for recycling reverse logistics network, and the numerical simulation of concrete. The research contents include: first, in electronic communication products, as well as the foundation of electronic waste on the meaning and characteristics of waste electronic communication products, defines the concept of reverse logistics network and, given the circular economy, supply chain, relevant theoretical basis of the third party reverse logistics network, introduces the method of network model and mathematical model secondly, based on related; analysis of the current electronic communication products in China and the third party reverse logistics network, it is pointed out that the establishment of electronic communication products, the third party reverse Logistics should be taken into consideration; then, the main body of recycling and service object, given the third party reverse logistics network flow, function, constructed by recycling, detection and processing center, and distribution market, waste treatment center of electronic communication products, the four levels of the third party reverse logistics network framework and the network model design, numerical simulation the use of LINGO software; finally, gives the conclusion of this paper.
In this paper, through the establishment of electronic communication products, the third party reverse logistics network model, on the one hand enrich the existing reverse logistics network system, provide more direction for development of logistics services, to provide the reference for the other hand specification waste electronic communications products to the government or the relevant administrative departments of the recycle, helps protect the environment and to improve people's awareness of participation.
