【摘要】:环境污染与能源短缺已经严重制约了我国乃至全球经济持续稳定的发展。在我国北方地区,采暖供热主要以集中供热为主。这种供热形式能耗巨大,污染排放严重。随着我国城市市区面积快速扩张,对城市的供热能力以及输送能力提出了更高的要求。怎样在确保不改变现状热网以及现有热源的情况下,提高热源供热能力以及输送能力成为各级政府和热力企业所面临的迫切问题。同时,随着供热企业对供暖设备技术性能要求的不断提高,供热产品的营销也成为设备制造企业面临的一个重要问题。 本文对清华能源所电厂余热供热专利产品营销策略进行了研究,找出了高校专利产品与市场相结合的技术营销新策略。论文共分六个部分,分别介绍了研究的背景和意义、清华能源所电厂余热供热专利产品等问题;分析了清华能源所电厂余热供热专利产品的市场营销环境和清华能源所自身的优劣势,以及所面临的机会和威胁;最后提出了清华能源所电厂余热供热专利产品营销策略。通过研究,不仅对本单位的问题进行了较为系统的梳理,也希望对专利产品推向市场的研究提供一个典型的案例。
[Abstract]:Environmental pollution and energy shortage have seriously restricted the sustained and stable development of our country and even the global economy. In the northern part of our country, the heating is mainly focused on centralized heating. This form of heating energy consumption is huge. The pollution emission is serious. With the rapid expansion of urban area in our country, higher requirements are put forward for the heating capacity and transportation capacity of the city. How to ensure that the current heat network and the existing heat source are not changed. It is an urgent problem for governments and thermal enterprises to improve heat supply capacity and transmission capacity. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of heating equipment technical performance requirements of heating enterprises. The marketing of heating products has also become an important problem faced by equipment manufacturing enterprises. This paper studies the marketing strategy of waste heat supply patent products in power plant of Qinghua Energy Institute, and finds out the new technology marketing strategy which combines the patent products with the market in colleges and universities. The thesis is divided into six parts. The background and significance of the research and the patent products of waste heat supply in the power plant of Qinghua Energy Institute are introduced respectively. This paper analyzes the marketing environment and advantages and disadvantages of the patent products of waste heat heating in the power plant of Qinghua Energy Institute, as well as the opportunities and threats it faces. Finally, the paper puts forward the marketing strategy of the patent product of waste heat heating in the power plant of Qinghua Energy Institute. Through the research, not only the problems of the unit are systematically combed. We also hope to provide a typical case for the research of patent products to market.
