【摘要】：金融危机后,生产性服务外包成为新一轮国际产业结构调整和产业转移的重要内容。生产性服务外包是现代高端服务业的重要组成部分,具有高技术、高知识、高附加值特点,它不仅为服务业带来了先进的管理技术、经营理念和商业模式,还对制造业优化生产流程,促进技术创新,提升国际竞争力起着重要的作用。中国要实现从制造业大国到制造业强国的转变,必须重视生产性服务外包的发展。文章以全球生产分工体系的发展为大背景,立足中国生产性服务外包和制造业发展现状,集中探讨了生产性服务外包对中国制造业国际竞争力的提升作用。全文共分六章。第一章在回顾和梳理生产性服务外包提升制造业竞争力领域的国内外最新研究成果的基础上,提出了文章的研究思路与方法；第二章界定了生产性服务外包和制造业国际竞争力的概念,简要阐述了文章所运用的相关理论：第三章在把握中国生产性服务外包和制造业国际竞争力发展现状的基础上,揭示了中国生产性服务外包和制造业国际竞争力发展中存在的问题；第四章从归纳生产性服务外包影响制造业国际竞争力的三大因素入手,着眼于生产性服务外包和制造业国际竞争力的互动关系,从学习路径、创新路径和关联路径三个方面详细论证了生产性服务外包如何在具体的业务过程中多方面广角度提升制造业国际竞争力,以及生产性服务外包通过技术外溢、人力资本积累、规模经济和产业结构升级四大传导效应来提升制造业国际竞争力；第五章在构建制造业国际竞争力的四层次评介模型基础上,运用Eviews分析工具,从实证角度验证了生产性服务外包与制造业国际竞争力衡量指标之问的相关关系,得出了生产性服务外包能够有效提升制造业国际竞争力的结论。最后,针对中国生产性服务外包和制造业国际竞争力存在的问题,从宏观政府政策、中观产业和行业对策以及微观企业发展对策三个方面提出了发展生产性服务外包提升制造业国际竞争力的对策建议。现阶段,发展生产性服务外包,对改变中国制造在国际价值链分工中所处的弱势地位,增加制造业出口产品的技术含量和附加价值,提升制造业国际竞争力,具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis, productive service outsourcing has become an important part of the new round of international industrial restructuring and industrial transfer. Productive service outsourcing is an important part of modern high-end service industry, with high technology and knowledge. It not only brings advanced management technology, management idea and business model to the service industry, but also optimizes the manufacturing process and promotes technological innovation. In order to realize the transition from a large manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country, China must attach importance to the development of productive service outsourcing. This paper takes the development of global production division system as the background, based on the status quo of China's productive service outsourcing and manufacturing development. This paper focuses on the role of productive service outsourcing in enhancing the international competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing industry. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter reviews and combs the latest research in the field of enhancing the competitiveness of manufacturing industry in the field of productive service outsourcing. Based on the results. Put forward the research ideas and methods of the article; The second chapter defines the concepts of the outsourcing of productive services and the international competitiveness of manufacturing. This paper briefly describes the relevant theories used in the article: the third chapter is based on the understanding of the current situation of the international competitiveness of China's productive service outsourcing and manufacturing industry. It reveals the problems existing in the development of China's productive service outsourcing and the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry. Chapter 4th begins with the induction of three factors that affect the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry, focusing on the interactive relationship between the outsourcing of productive services and the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry, and learning from the path. The innovation path and the correlation path demonstrate in detail how the productive service outsourcing promotes the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in many aspects in the specific business process, and how the productive service outsourcing works through the technology spillover. Human capital accumulation, economies of scale and upgrading of industrial structure are four transmission effects to enhance the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry; Chapter 5th, based on the four-level evaluation model of manufacturing international competitiveness, uses Eviews analysis tools. From the empirical point of view, this paper verifies the correlation between the productive service outsourcing and the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry, and draws the conclusion that the productive service outsourcing can effectively enhance the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry. Aiming at the problems existing in the outsourcing of productive services and the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry in China, the macro government policy is introduced. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of developing productive service outsourcing to enhance the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry from three aspects: medium industry and industry countermeasure and micro enterprise development strategy. At present, the development of productive service outsourcing will change the weak position of Chinese manufacturing in the international value chain, increase the technical content and added value of manufacturing export products, and enhance the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry. It has important practical significance.
