【摘要】:“十二五”时期是我国煤炭工业加快结构调整,适应能源生产利用方式变革,转变发展方式的重要时期。由于煤炭资源的不可再生性和储量的有限性,以及国家不断加大生态环境的保护和建设力度,越来越多的煤炭企业都面临着如何摆脱对煤炭资源的过度依赖,通过产业结构调整和发展方式转变来破解制约可持续发展的瓶颈问题,已成为煤炭企业战略转型的研究方向和重点。 焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称焦煤集团)自1898年建矿至今已有115年的开采历史,为河南乃至中国煤炭工业的发展都作出了巨大贡献。然而,在这显著成绩的背后,焦煤集团由于长期开采,资源衰竭,加之长期受计划经济时期政策性、体制性、结构性、技术性、观念性因素以及历史遗留问题的影响,实现可持续发展面临着诸多的问题和矛盾。焦煤集团不实施转型,资源难以为继,发展难以为继。特别是在当前煤炭行业黄金十年终结,产能过剩,供需失衡,整体业绩大幅下滑的背景下,主动把企业的转型升级融入到焦作市建设中原经济区经济转型示范市的大局中,加快自身思想观念和发展方式转变,积极调整和优化产业结构,推动焦煤集团战略转型,是实现可持续发展,打造第二个百年焦煤的必然选择。 本文在借鉴国内外已有相关研究成果的基础上,从战略转型理论和资源视角出发,运用统计分析、PEST分析、波特五力分析模型、SWOT分析、波士顿矩阵等管理学工具作为分析框架,对焦煤集团实施战略转型的紧迫性、必要性进行深入分析,对焦煤集团所面临的战略环境、现有企业资源和战略能力进行客观评价,以期寻求最有效、最经济利用的发展模式,,实现企业资源和能力的最优匹配,并在此基础上研究和探讨焦煤集团战略转型的发展方向、目标定位、产业构架、实施路径和战略保障措施等。本文研究对于国有大型煤炭企业及资源型企业实施战略转型有一定借鉴和参考价值。
[Abstract]:"12th Five-Year" period to accelerate the structural adjustment of China's coal industry, to adapt to the production of energy utilization, an important period of transformation of the mode of development. Because of limited non renewable resources and coal reserves, and the state has increased the protection and construction of ecological environment, more and more coal enterprises are faced with how to get rid of the excessive reliance on coal resources, to change the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of the crack through the adjustment of industrial structure and mode of development, has become a research direction and focus of the strategic transformation of coal enterprises.
Jiaozuo coal industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the coking coal mine construction group) since 1898 has been 115 years of mining history, for the development of Henan and Chinese coal industry have made great contribution. However, behind these remarkable achievements, due to the long coking coal group mining, resource exhaustion, coupled with the long-term planned economy period the policy, institutional, structural, technical, conceptual factors and historical issues, to achieve sustainable development is faced with many problems and contradictions. Coking coal group not to implement transformation, resources unsustainable development, difficult to continue. Especially in the current coal industry golden ten years end, overcapacity, imbalance between supply and demand, overall the performance decline of the background, take the initiative to upgrade the transformation of enterprises into the construction of Jiaozuo City Central Plains Economic Zone economic transformation demonstration city overall situation, to speed up their own ideas and It is an inevitable choice to achieve sustainable development and build second century coking coal by changing the way of exhibition, adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure and promoting the strategic transformation of coking coal group.
In this paper, on the basis of domestic and foreign relevant research results, starting from the strategic transformation theory and resource view, using statistical analysis, PEST analysis, Potter five forces model, SWOT analysis, Boston matrix management tools as analysis framework, the urgency of the implementation of the strategic transformation of coking coal group, in-depth analysis of the necessity. The strategic environment faced by coking coal group, the objective evaluation of existing enterprise resources and strategic ability, in order to find the most effective, the most economic development model to achieve the optimal utilization of enterprise resources and ability, and on the basis of research and Discussion on the strategic transformation of the development direction of coking coal group target, industrial structure, implementation path and the strategic security measures. The study for large state-owned coal enterprises and the implementation of the strategic transformation of resource-based enterprises have certain reference and reference value.
