中国纺织产业技术和管理范式创新下的精益化管理

【摘要】：纺织工业作为工业革命的开始,其精益化管理演变和发展反映了管理思想创新过程。基于库思的范式理论,分析了技术范式和管理范式演进的过程,以及与之相应的精细化管理思想演变;界定了广义的精益管理和处于转型时代的中国纺织产业管理创新的意义,并讨论了从工业文明向生态文明转变过程中中国纺织精益化管理的目标和新内涵;最后,以中国纺织产业管理创新案例为证,阐释了精细化管理的实践。
[Abstract]:As the beginning of the industrial revolution, the evolution and development of lean management reflects the innovation process of management ideology. Based on Kuth's paradigm theory, the evolution process of technology paradigm and management paradigm is analyzed. And the corresponding meticulous management thought evolves; This paper defines the meaning of the broad sense of lean management and the innovation of Chinese textile industry in the transitional period, and discusses the goal and new connotation of Chinese textile lean management in the process of transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization. Finally, the case of management innovation in China's textile industry is taken as an example to explain the practice of meticulous management.
