【摘要】:随着中国加入WTO以来,国内企业逐渐走向国际化,积极参与国际能源市场竞争,石油化工企业积极抢占国内市场份额。但世界金融危机发生以来,国际宏观经济形势复杂多变,面对行业周期性回落等不利因素,我国石油化工企业必须与时俱进,十分有必要适时地制定和调整经营发展战略,加大技术投入和管理创新,从而增强国内石油化工企业经营活动对外部复杂环境的适应性和内部环境因素的掌控性。石油属于不可再生资源,当下众多同类企业选择了向化工产业下游发展,以石油生产助剂和衍生物的发展方向来不断增加企业利润。例如本文研究的丰源实业总公司生产的油田化学助剂就是一类针对原油开采、集输、注水的专用化学品,适用于不同区块及品质的原油,提高油井的采收率。 本文结合作者在丰源实业总公司多年的工作经验和所取得的信息及数据,查阅相关期刊文献资料,通过对公司外部环境和内部环境影响因素进行分析和评价,对比公司的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,运用SWOT分析法、PEST环境分析法、波特竞争分析模型等相关分析方法进行计算和评估,创造性的从特色化、专业化的角度创建了公司未来的经营发展战略,为解决公司目前经营品种繁多、科研能力不强、机构冗杂、销售渠道狭窄等未来发展遇到的瓶颈提供了战略性指导。 本文希望能够给予丰源实业公司更为实践性和指导性的建议,并在市场渠道拓展及产品经营层面给予企业战略性支持,同时可以辅助企业内部其他部门顺利转型过度,实现产业升级和可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO, domestic enterprises have gradually become internationalized, actively participate in the international energy market competition, and petrochemical enterprises actively seize the domestic market share, but the world financial crisis has occurred. The international macroeconomic situation is complex and changeable, faced with adverse factors such as the cyclical decline of the industry, our petrochemical enterprises must keep pace with the times, it is very necessary to formulate and adjust the management and development strategy in good time. Increase technical input and management innovation, so as to enhance the domestic petrochemical enterprises to adapt to the external complex environment and the control of internal environmental factors. Oil is a non-renewable resource. At present, many similar enterprises have chosen to develop downstream of the chemical industry. With the development direction of petroleum production auxiliaries and derivatives to continuously increase the profits of enterprises. For example, the oil field chemical auxiliaries produced by Fengyuan Industrial Corporation in this paper is a kind of oil field chemical auxiliaries aimed at crude oil extraction and transportation. The special chemical for water injection is suitable for different blocks and quality crude oil to improve oil recovery. Based on the author's working experience in Fengyuan Industrial Corporation for many years and the information and data obtained, this paper makes an analysis and evaluation of the external environment and internal environmental impact factors of the company by consulting the relevant periodicals and literature materials. Compared with the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, the use of SWOT analysis method pest environmental analysis, Porter competitive analysis model and other related analysis methods to calculate and evaluate, creative from the characteristics. The specialization angle has created the company's future management development strategy, in order to solve the company at present manages the variety many, the scientific research ability is not strong, the organization is jumbled. Narrow sales channels and other future development encountered bottlenecks to provide strategic guidance. This article hopes to give Fengyuan Industrial Company more practical and guiding suggestions, and in the market channel development and product management level to give strategic support to the enterprise. At the same time, it can help other departments to transform smoothly and realize industrial upgrading and sustainable development.
