【摘要】：地质工作是经济社会发展重要的先行性、基础性工作,服务于经济社会的各个方面,在国民经济建设中发挥了重要作用。地质资料是地质工作成果的集中体现,不仅对当前矿业开发乃至经济社会发展起着重要的指导作用,同时对今后地质勘查和经济社会发展意义更为重大。国家高度重视地质资料库建设。吉林省广大地质工作者经过几十年的艰苦努力,取得了丰富的地质工作成果,形成了大量的地质资料。地质资料库的建设不但具有积极的社会意义,而且从长远角度来看还呢能够长期持续的为区域的发展提供指导性的建设意义。所以在建设施工过程中对于项目的规划建设、施工都要求具有较高的要求。无论是从项目的规划方案设计还是从项目后期的建设施工过程中都要求具有较高的要求及标准。地质资料库建设项目具有社会经济效益的间接性和社会影响突出的特点。对于鲜为人知的地质工作,要进行资料库的建设,需要得到群众的理解和政府的支持建设吉林省地质资料库、地质灾害应急指挥中心和土地矿业权有形市场,是国家部署安排的重要任务,对于存贮保护、开发利用地质资料,指导全省地质找矿工作,减少重复投入,促进资源综合利用和推进矿业权市场建’设,规范矿业权市场秩序,提高矿业权管理水平,服务全省经济社会发展具有十分重大的意义。综合分析,项目建设是必要的。本篇论文以吉林省地质资料库项目建设为依据,通过对建设项目的规划方案、建设施工等方面进行着手研究,通过对项目的规划方案、建设方案等多方面综合评判,对于项目的规划设计进行可行性研究。
