【摘要】：煤炭是我国国民经济发展的重要基础能源，煤炭行业的健康发展关系着人民群众的日常生活，关系着电力、钢铁、化工、建材等涉及国计民生的基础产业及相关产业的发展；近年来，随着信息化、物联网、通讯技术的飞速发展，煤炭企业应用先进技术改造传统产业，促进信息化与工业化深度融合，提升了安全管理、经营管控水平。煤炭企业信息化水平已成为衡量煤炭工业现代化水平的重要标志之一。本文通过深入研究分析煤炭行业及信息化发展现状和趋势，结合山东能源集团信息化建设情况，从信息化评估、战略规划、信息化建设等几个方面提出适合山能集团的信息化建设策略，为煤炭行业和信息化实施厂商提供了有益参考。笔者认为，推进企业信息化建设必须与全面体制创新、机制创新、管理创新相结合，必须以企业战略管理为指导，从解决企业突出问题入手，总体策划，分步实施、重点突破、以点带面；企业信息化建设的成败，各级“一把手”的决心和认识至关重要；要把企业信息化建设过程作为实施管理革命，，实现业务流程再造，提升管理绩效的过程；企业信息化建设成功的一个重要前提是选择一个好的战略合作伙伴，能否选准一个理论经验丰富、实施实力深厚的企业信息化解决方案的提供商和软件开发商是信息化建设成败的重要前提。笔者建议，在当今信息技术和物联网技术条件下，建设全面标准化化智慧矿山综合信息平台，以信息化综合集成融合的一揽子解决方案来解决目前煤炭企业的信息化需求，有效避免重复建设和投资浪费是煤炭企业信息化建设的最佳选择。

This paper puts forward the strategy of informatization construction suitable for Shannon Group in several aspects such as information construction, which provides a useful reference for the coal industry and the manufacturers of informatization implementation. The author believes that the promotion of enterprise information construction must be combined with overall system innovation, mechanism innovation and management innovation, and must be guided by enterprise strategic management, starting with solving outstanding problems of enterprises and overall planning.
