【摘要】:二十一世纪以来,随着我国经济持续快速的发展,工业化、城镇化进程加快、人口增长,社会对资源的需求越来越大,我国成为资源耗费大国。能源和重要矿产资源已成为制约我国经济社会发展的“瓶颈”,实现地质找矿突破就迫在眉睫。在社会发展的今天,西部地区的资源逐渐彰显其优势,对西部地区矿产资源的发掘和开采不仅直接关系到我国地质勘查事业的稳定与发展,,也直接关系到我国经济建设的成败与发展。振兴地质事业的发展离不开地勘员工支撑,而当今社会人才流动性更自由,很多西部地区很多的行业留不住员工,大批的员工出现离职的行为,地勘行业也不例外,这一问题也逐渐受到社会各界的关注。因此本文采用问卷调查法了解西部地勘行业员工离职倾向的现状,探讨西部地勘员工的离职倾向影响因素,从实证的角度分析西部地勘行业员工的工作不安全感、工作满意度对离职倾向的影响,研究结果如下: 1、西部地勘行业员工总体离职倾向偏高,年龄和性别对其没有显著影响,学历、职称、婚姻状况对其具有显著影响。地勘一线员工与高于非一线员工离职倾向差异显著。 2、西部地勘行业员工工作满意度总体中等偏高,内在满意度与外在满意度差不大,工作满意度与离职倾向呈显著负相关,西部地勘行业员工工作不安全感总体偏高。西部地勘行业员工工作不安全感与离职倾向呈显著负相关。 3、工作满意度、工作不安全感与离职倾向有显著相关关系。内在工作满意度、外在工作满意度、工作执行不安全感、薪酬晋升不安全感以及人际关系不安全感联合预测离职倾向的51.4%。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the sustained and rapid economic development, industrialization, urbanization, population growth, the social demand for resources is growing. China has become a large resource consuming country. Energy and important mineral resources have become the "bottleneck" that restricts the economic and social development of our country. It is urgent to realize the breakthrough of geological prospecting. The resources of the western region gradually show its advantages. The exploration and exploitation of the mineral resources in the western region is not only directly related to the stability and development of the geological exploration cause of our country. It is also directly related to the success or failure and development of the economic construction of our country. The development of revitalizing geological cause can not be separated from the support of geological prospecting staff, but nowadays the social talent mobility is freer, many western regions and many industries can not keep the staff. A large number of employees quit their jobs, geological prospecting industry is no exception, this problem has gradually been concerned by all walks of life. Therefore, this paper uses questionnaires to understand the status quo of turnover intention of geological prospecting workers in western China. This paper probes into the influencing factors of the turnover intention of the geological prospecting staff in western China, and analyzes the effects of job insecurity and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of the workers in the geological prospecting industry in the west from the perspective of empirical analysis. The results are as follows: 1. The general turnover intention of the staff in the geological prospecting industry in western China was high, but age and gender had no significant influence on it. Marital status has a significant impact on it. There are significant differences in turnover intention between front-line and non-first-line employees. 2, the overall job satisfaction of the employees in the geological prospecting industry in western China is relatively high, the difference between internal satisfaction and external satisfaction is not significant, and there is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The work insecurity of the staff in the geological prospecting industry in western China is on the high side, and there is a significant negative correlation between the job insecurity and the turnover intention of the workers in the geological prospecting industry in the western region. 3, job satisfaction, job insecurity and turnover intention have significant correlation. Internal job satisfaction, external job satisfaction, job execution insecurity. Salary and promotion insecurity and interpersonal insecurity combined to predict turnover intention 51.4.
