A公司ERP系统实施及绩效评价

【摘要】:随着信息技术的发展,越来越多的企业已接触、应用或准备应用ERP系统。时间与经验证明,ERP系统能有效改善不同类型的公司运营业绩。但由于ERP系统本身存在一定的成本与风险,并非完全适合于所有公司,因此,对如何应用ERP系统,从理论到实际ERP系统到底包括哪些内容、哪些步骤、哪些注意事项,以及应用ERP系统后的效果评价就显得较为重要。只有当企业领导者对ERP系统有着较全面系统的了解,才能对是否应用ERP系统,怎样应用ERP系统做出更好的判断决策。 本文首先介绍了ERP系统在我国应用的现状及影响因素,指出了我国应用ERP系统的时间相对较晚,但发展迅速,应用ERP系统既有可能提高公司盈利能力也会产生一些风险。影响因素从初期准备到后期验收,贯穿始终,如充分的调研,充足的资金,明确的目标等。其次,本文简单介绍了A公司的基本情况与应用ERP系统的准备工作,如初步调研、项目启动、确定业务蓝图、整理与录入基本数据、初期培训等。再次,本文就A公司应用ERP系统的具体过程进行描述,在分析ERP实施目标与过程中主要从销售管理、采购管理、生产任务管理等方面进行分析,结合应该注意的事项与可能存在的问题加以分析,具体提出公司针对这些问题采取的改进对策。最后本文利用平衡计分卡理论的基本思想,对A公司应用ERP系统后的绩效进行评价。论文选取了平衡计分卡理论最核心的四个方面的内容:财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习与成长,结合A公司自身情况确定了量化指标,对A公司应用ERP系统后各项指标的变化原因具体分析。基于A公司近期财务报表、公司调查问卷、物料清单等资料,得出A公司应用ERP系统后各项指标体系处于有一定改善与有较明显改善之间。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, more and more enterprises have contacted, applied or prepared to apply ERP system. Time and experience prove. ERP system can effectively improve the operating performance of different types of companies. However, due to the existence of certain costs and risks in the ERP system, it is not completely suitable for all companies, so how to apply ERP system is discussed. From the theory to the actual ERP system, what content, which steps, which considerations. It is very important to evaluate the effect of using ERP system. Only when the enterprise leaders have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the ERP system, can they apply ERP system or not. How to use ERP system to make better decision-making. This paper first introduces the current situation and influencing factors of the application of ERP system in our country, and points out that the application time of ERP system in China is relatively late, but the development is rapid. The application of ERP system can not only improve the profitability of the company, but also produce some risks. The influencing factors from initial preparation to late acceptance, throughout, such as adequate research, adequate funds. Secondly, this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of company A and the preparation of the application of ERP system, such as preliminary investigation, project start-up, determination of business blueprint, collation and input of basic data. Third, this paper describes the specific process of the application of ERP system in company A, mainly from the sales management, procurement management in the analysis of ERP implementation objectives and processes. Production task management and other aspects of the analysis, combined with the attention to the issues and possible problems to be analyzed. Finally, this paper uses the basic idea of balanced scorecard theory. The paper selects four core aspects of balanced scorecard theory: finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth. Combined with the situation of company A to determine the quantitative indicators, the company after the application of the ERP system specific analysis of the reasons for the changes. Based on the company's recent financial statements, company questionnaire, bill of materials and other information. After the application of ERP system in company A, the index system is improved to some extent and obviously improved.
