集约化管理的县级供电公司营销体系建设与实施研究

【摘要】:适应国家电网公司“变革组织架构、创新管理方式、优化业务流程”和运作集团化、发展集约化、管理精益化、建设标准化的要求,实施人力资源、财务、物资集约化管理,构建大规划、大建设、大运行、大检修、大营销的体系,实现企业管理由分割向统一、由分散向集中、由粗放向精益的根本性转变,本文针对营销体系的构建与实施进行研究具有重要的研究价值和实践意义。 本文首先对电力市场营销及集约化管理相关理论和方法进行系统阐述及梳理,并针对电力行业进行了相应特征分析,为后文的论述奠定理论基础;其次对供电公司营销系统的整体现状进行分析,通过分析供电公司在电力营销中存在的问题,国家电网公司适时的提出了“三集五大”的概念。本文在“三集五大”的背景下研究分析供电公司大营销体系建设的任务和要求,并进行风险与预控措施分析,保证其健康发展。最后对县级供电公司大营销职责体系进行构建分析及相关实施研究,,并对其进行了成效性分析,由此对县级供电公司营销策略给出合理建议。 论文基于集约化管理和供电公司营销系统现状问题的分析,明确了供电公司大营销体系建设的任务和要求,进而对县级供电公司大营销职责体系的构建与实施的研究,对如何更加有效组建“大营销”和实施这一新型电力营销体系具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:To adapt to the State Grid Company "to change the organizational structure, innovative management, optimize business processes" and the operation of collectivization, development of intensification, management Lean, construction of standardization requirements, the implementation of human resources, finance. In this paper, firstly, the related theories and methods of electric power marketing and intensive management are systematically expounded and combed, and the corresponding characteristics of power industry are analyzed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the later discussion. Secondly, the overall status of the power supply company marketing system is analyzed, through the analysis of the power supply company in the electricity marketing problems. The State Grid Company timely put forward the concept of "three sets and five big". Under the background of "three sets and five big", this paper studies and analyzes the tasks and requirements of the power supply company's big marketing system construction, and carries on the risk and the pre-control measure analysis. To ensure its healthy development. Finally, the county power supply company marketing responsibility system construction analysis and related implementation research, and its effectiveness analysis. From this to the county level power supply company marketing strategy gives the reasonable suggestion. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the intensive management and the marketing system of the power supply company, this paper clarifies the tasks and requirements of the construction of the marketing system of the power supply company. Furthermore, the research on the construction and implementation of the duty system of power supply company at county level is of great practical significance to the establishment of "big marketing" and the implementation of this new type of power marketing system.
