基于Milk Run的汽车零配件入场物流应用研究

【摘要】:汽车消费需求的强势增长,为我国汽车物流业的发展提供了广阔的平台,同时也面临更大的挑战。一直以来,汽车物流业都是被国际物流同行所公认的最复杂、最具专业性的领域。我国汽车物流业的发展与国际物流企业有着巨大的鸿沟。所以,怎样依据我国汽车零部件入厂物流的实际应用情况,将传统汽车物流体系与第三方物流有效地结合起来,对现有的入厂物流模式进行优化,是一项迫在眉睫的研究内容。 本文结合Milk Run思想在我国汽车制造业中的实际运用情况,提出第三方物流主导的Milk Run模式。新的取货模式在弥补现行模式缺陷的同时对供应链的参与方都提出了新的要求,更重要的是这种模式能够有效地提高供应链的整体水平。然后引入长安铃木公司循环取货项目规划的实例,对方案中的服务范围、车型、包装、装箱、责任归咎、KPI进行了详尽的阐述。综合应用物流工程学、运筹学、计算机科学等多学科的知识对循环取货的关键点—车辆路径问题进行深入研究,建立带时间窗的模型,,并应用改进的C-W算法对12家供应商进行取货路径规划。最后对比分析路径优化前后的物流成本,结果显示循环取货的实施具有明显的优势,实际检验出循环取货模式的可行性和经济性。 通过对长安铃木循环取货应用效果分析,证实第三方物流主导的Milk Run模式不仅为整个供应链带来规模效益,也为我国汽车制造企业实施和改进循环取货模式提供良好的建议和引导。
[Abstract]:The strong growth of automobile consumption demand provides a broad platform for the development of China's automobile logistics industry, but also faces greater challenges. All along, automobile logistics industry has been recognized by the international logistics industry as the most complex. The most professional field. There is a huge gap between the development of China's automobile logistics industry and international logistics enterprises. Therefore, how to base on the actual application of domestic automobile parts entry logistics. It is an urgent research content to combine the traditional automobile logistics system with the third party logistics effectively and optimize the existing inbound logistics mode. This article combines the Milk Run thought in our country automobile manufacturing industry the actual application situation. This paper puts forward the Milk Run mode, which is dominated by the third party logistics. The new mode of taking goods not only makes up for the defects of the current mode, but also puts forward new requirements to the participants in the supply chain. More importantly, this model can effectively improve the overall level of the supply chain. Then the Changan Suzuki company recycling project planning examples, the service range, models, packaging, packing. KPI is a comprehensive application of logistics engineering, operational research, computer science and other multidisciplinary knowledge to carry out a thorough study on the vehicle routing problem, which is the key point of recycling cargo collection. The model with time window is established, and the improved C-W algorithm is used to plan the delivery path of 12 suppliers. Finally, the logistics cost before and after route optimization is compared and analyzed. The results show that the implementation of circular cargo collection has obvious advantages, and the feasibility and economy of recycling cargo collection mode are tested. Through the analysis of the application effect of Changan Suzuki recycling, it is proved that the Milk Run mode led by the third party logistics not only brings the scale benefit to the whole supply chain. It also provides good advice and guidance for our automobile manufacturing enterprises to implement and improve the recycling mode.
