广东省制造业FDI对技术创新的影响研究

【摘要】：广东省作为中国制造业最发达的地区之一，早已具备了自改革开放以来独具特色的生产方式，这也为广东省综合经济发展做出了不可忽视的贡献。随时间推移，全球化进程逐渐导致世界生产网络的形成，并进一步深入其中的各个环节。在这样的大背景下，，广东地区作为最早一批对外开放的经济特区所在地，依靠广阔的制造业发展机会，不断地吸收着来自世界各地的外商直接投资。在产业转型升级的关键阶段，广东省的制造业产业升级一直是完善经济结构的重要任务。在这段时间里，广东省对其制造业注入了大量的人力物力以达到逐渐转变制造业产业结构的目的，由于本省制造业在早期起步阶段缺乏一定的技术支持，因此，为避免本省制造业持续低端化，省内尤其注重技术方面的进步与革新，并产生了一定功效。近期的发展成果也展示了制造业结构的不断优化完善：省内高技术制造业等先进制造业成为重点发展对象，同时积极保持传统制造业的竞争力。对于本省制造业对FDI的吸收与技术创新之间的具体关系的研究将使我们进一步明确制造业结构的优化方法，认清制造业生产过程中技术创新的重要性，并且对政府在制定吸引外资政策及鼓励创新政策上具有更实际的指导意义。本文通过实证分析与案例分析相结合的方法验证了结论：广东省制造业FDI对技术创新具有积极的影响，这为本省外资政策提供了理论与实证支持。
[Abstract]:Guangdong Province, as one of the most developed manufacturing areas in China, has already had its own unique mode of production since the reform and opening up, which has also made a contribution to the comprehensive economic development of Guangdong Province, which can not be ignored over time. The process of globalization has gradually led to the formation of the world production network, and further into the various links. Under such a background, Guangdong as the first batch of special economic zones open to the outside world is located. Relying on broad manufacturing development opportunities, constantly absorbing foreign direct investment from all over the world. In the key stage of industrial transformation and upgrading. The upgrading of manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province has always been an important task to improve the economic structure. During this period, Guangdong Province injected a lot of manpower and material resources to its manufacturing industry to achieve the purpose of gradually changing the industrial structure of manufacturing industry. Due to the lack of technical support in the early stage of the province's manufacturing industry, in order to avoid the continuous low end of the province's manufacturing industry, the province pays special attention to technological progress and innovation. Recent development results also show the continuous optimization and perfection of manufacturing structure: advanced manufacturing industry such as high-tech manufacturing in the province has become the focus of development. At the same time, we will actively maintain the competitiveness of the traditional manufacturing industry. The study of the relationship between the absorption of FDI and technological innovation in the manufacturing industry of our province will further clarify the optimization method of manufacturing structure. To recognize the importance of technological innovation in manufacturing production process is of more practical significance for the government to formulate policies to attract foreign capital and encourage innovation. This paper verifies the conclusion by combining empirical analysis with case study: Guangdong manufacturing FDI has a positive impact on technological innovation, which provides theoretical and empirical support for foreign investment policy in Guangdong Province.
