京能集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:当前,我国电力行业市场正处在由国家垄断向国有大型电力企业竞争的改革中。2003年,我国正式出台了电力体制改革方案,对发电行业重新进行了资源调配,进行了电厂、电网分开管理,国家对电力企业实行了竞争机制,我国的发电行业终于进入了竞争时代。这几年,在我国经济高速增长下,电力短缺问题一直困扰着经济良性增长。为了促进电力行业的发展,激发投资者的投资兴趣,国家从宏观角度对电力企业的发展进行调控。为了在经济增长中超越对手,从而引导我国发电行业的发展,电力企业要抓住机遇,同时加快自身发展速度。作为地方发电集团标志性企业的京能集团,只有制定符合实际情况的战略选择,才能在新的市场经济体制下得到良好发展。 本文是以京能集团为研究对象,通过合理运用波特五力分析模型、STEEPLED分析模型等研究方法,结合战略管理的理论和方法,对京能集团外部环境中的机遇及问题进行分析,运用关键成功要素分析、价值链分析研究企业的优势和不足。在这些基础之上,使用SWOT矩阵模型分析得出京能集团在目前形势下应当采取的企业战略,通过对我国电力行业当前的战略管理理论及相关信息进行整合,并对京能集团目前的战略管理理论进行分析,从而制定出符合京能集团实际发展情况的战略管理理论方案,并对该方案在实施过程中的注意点及有可能出现的问题提出相应的对策及建议。 在目前形势下,京能集团要抓住机遇,发挥自身优势,通过扩建、兼并和收购等一些列措施,使企业规模得到有效扩展。将发展高端火电机组,积极介入核电领域列入京能集团未来发展的核心。在企业规模扩大的同时,积极的通过相关市场占有和控制煤炭资源。在不断发展国内发电业务的同时,京能集团还应当深入探索国际市场,使之发展成为具有一定国际影响力的跨国发电集团。在京能集团战略实施的过程中,只有将拓宽融资渠道、提高员工素质和完善系统配套等措施制定完善,才能保证集团的战略实施能够顺利进行。
[Abstract]:At present, the electric power industry market of our country is in the reform of the competition from the state monopoly to the large state-owned electric power enterprise. In 2003, our country formally introduced the electric power system reform plan. The power generation industry has been rescheduled, the power plant and grid have been managed separately, the state has implemented the competition mechanism to the power enterprise, and the power generation industry in our country has finally entered the competitive era. In order to promote the development of power industry and stimulate investors' interest in investment, the problem of electricity shortage has been puzzling the benign economic growth under the rapid economic growth of our country. The state regulates the development of electric power enterprises from a macro perspective. In order to surpass the rivals in economic growth and guide the development of the power generation industry in China, the power enterprises should seize the opportunity. At the same time, as the iconic enterprise of local power generation group, Jingneng Group can develop well under the new market economy system only by making the strategic choice in accordance with the actual situation. This paper takes Jingneng Group as the research object and combines the theory and method of strategic management through the rational use of Porter's five-force analysis model and STEEPLED analysis model and other research methods. This paper analyzes the opportunities and problems in the external environment of Jingeng Group, analyzes the key success factors, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises by the value chain analysis. By using the SWOT matrix model, the enterprise strategy should be adopted by Jingneng Group in the current situation, through the integration of the current strategic management theory and related information of China's electric power industry. And the analysis of the current strategic management theory of Jingneng Group, so as to formulate a strategic management theory scheme in line with the actual development of the Group. At the same time, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems that may arise in the course of the implementation of the scheme. Under the current situation, Jingneng Group should seize the opportunity, give play to its own advantages, and make the scale of the enterprise expand effectively through some measures such as expansion, merger and acquisition, and will develop high-end thermal power units. Actively involved in the nuclear power field included in the future development of the core of Jingneng Group. In the expansion of the scale of enterprises, actively through the relevant market possession and control of coal resources, while constantly developing domestic power generation business. Jingneng Group should also explore the international market and make it develop into a multinational power generation group with certain international influence. In the process of implementation of the strategy of Jingneng Group, the only way to broaden the financing channels is to expand the financing channels. Only by improving the quality of the staff and perfecting the system and other measures can the implementation of the Group's strategy be carried out smoothly.
