下化变电站改造项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:电力支撑着国民经济的发展,国民经济中各行各业和城乡居民生活电气化都依赖于用电与电紧密相连。电力系统的安全经济运行,是电力行业发展自身特点所决定的,也是国民经济发展的客观要求。变电站建设数量在增多、规模在扩大,变电站改造工程亦面临日益严峻的挑战。如何在资源有限的条件下,提高下化变电站改造工程的工作效率和进度质量,已成为下化变电站急需解决的问题。因此,用现代项目管理的相关理论研究下化变电站的进度情况有其必要性。 本文首先对工程项目进度管理的理论进行了分析,特别是分析了进度管理的相关方法,甘特图法、CPM网络图法和PERT法,并给出了多种方法之间的比较。其次,在上述方法分析的基础上,本文结合下化变电站改造项目的实例对其改造的进度进行管理。针对下化变电站进度管理的特殊性,对此次改造工程的所有工序进行WBS工作分解,得出了该工程的施工网络图,并对每项工序的持续时间进行估算,从而得出此工程改造的工期。在此基础上利用CPM、PERT网络方法与原施工单位单一的甘特图进行了对比、检查,并提出调整工期的新方法。新方法的提出将为类似项目的进度管理提供理论依据。最后,本文对于改进的方法和原有方法做了一个比较。 通过研究可知,若要对项目进度实施有效管理,不仅要注重原始资料的收集,而且其管理人员必须对项目的工艺及流程有个较深入的了解,对管理人员的素质要求较高。同时由于项目进度管理是一个动态过程,其目的就是在项目施工过程中发现其偏离项目规划的原因并加以控制,使项目规划的工期如期进行。因此,对于极易受到天气,规程,安全,公共关系等较多因素影响的电力工程来讲,就必须更新观念,要对进度管理的其他技术和方法(VERT法)提高认识,积极在以后的项目进度管理中加以尝试和应用,更好地服务于类似项目管理的实践,并同时探讨和使用新的有效的项目进度管理方法。
[Abstract]:Electric power is supporting the development of the national economy. In the national economy, the electrification of various industries and urban and rural residents are closely connected with electricity. The safe and economic operation of power system. The development of power industry is determined by its own characteristics, but also the objective requirements of the development of the national economy. The number of substation construction is increasing and the scale is expanding. Substation transformation project is also facing increasingly serious challenges. Under the condition of limited resources, how to improve the working efficiency and progress quality of Xihua substation transformation project. Therefore, it is necessary to use modern project management theory to study the progress of Xihua substation. Firstly, this paper analyzes the theory of project schedule management, especially the related methods of schedule management, such as Gantu method, CPM network diagram method and PERT method. The comparison between various methods is given. Secondly, based on the analysis of the above methods. According to the particularity of the schedule management of Xihua substation, all the processes of the transformation project are decomposed by WBS. The construction network diagram of the project is obtained, and the duration of each working procedure is estimated, so as to obtain the time limit for the reconstruction of the project. On this basis, CPM is used. The PERT network method is compared with the single Gantt chart of the original construction unit, and a new method to adjust the duration of the project is proposed. The new method will provide a theoretical basis for the schedule management of similar projects. This paper makes a comparison between the improved method and the original method. Through the research, if we want to effectively manage the progress of the project, we should not only pay attention to the collection of raw materials, but also its management must have a deeper understanding of the process and process of the project. At the same time, because the project schedule management is a dynamic process, the purpose is to find out the reason of deviation from the project planning and control it in the construction process. Therefore, it is necessary to update the concept of electric power engineering which is easily affected by weather, regulation, safety, public relations and other factors. To improve the understanding of other technologies and methods of schedule management (Vert), actively in the project schedule management in the future to try and apply, better serve the practice of similar project management. At the same time, explore and use new and effective project schedule management methods.
