中国上市钢铁企业多元化经营模式与企业绩效关系研究

【摘要】:钢铁企业是我国支柱产业的主体,社会各界都在一直关注钢铁企业的可持续发展。目前我国大中型钢铁企业中普遍存在多元化经营现象。但是对于多元化经营模式与企业绩效的关系,研究者们并没达成共识,并且不同行业样本的研究结论也存在较大差异。钢铁企业实施多元化经营模式能否提高企业绩效,实施多元化经营模式面临哪些挑战,如何有效实施多元化经营等问题的研究将对整个中国钢铁企业的未来发展产生重大影响。本文通过回归分析和单因素方差分析来检验我国上市钢铁企业的多元化经营模式与企业绩效的关系,并为今后钢铁企业有效实施多元化经营模式提出建议。本文主要分五个部分: 第一部分:主要介绍本文的研究背景和本研究所具有的理论意义和实践意义;本文研究过程中应用的方法和主体内容;本文的研究创新之处。 第二部分:主要对研究中所涉及的相关概念(多元化经营、企业绩效、钢铁企业多元化经营)做界定,并综述国内外企业多元化经营模式与企业绩效关系的相关研究文献和国内钢铁企业多元化经营模式与企业绩效关系的相关研究文献。 第三部分:主要阐述多元化经营模式所涉及的相关理论,分正反两个方面来论述多元化经营模式对企业绩效产生的影响,即企业选择多元化经营模式的动因和企业拒绝多元化经营模式的动因。 第四部分:主要通过回归分析和单因素分析方法对中国上市钢铁企业多元化经营模式与企业绩效关系进行实证研究,选取4年(2008年-2011年)间中国23家上市钢铁作为研究样本。通过样本企业相关数据的整理、计算和SPSS统计软件的分析,得出结论:上市钢铁企业多元化经营程度与企业绩效为正相关关系;上市钢铁企业中不同多元化类型的企业绩效间存在显著差异,相关多元化型的企业绩效高于单一型和主导型的企业绩效;单一型的企业绩效高于主导型的企业绩效等结论。 第五部分:主要分析中国上市钢铁企业多元化经营模式与企业绩效关系实证研究结论,并对钢铁企业如何有效实施多元化经营提出建议,如行业选择、核心能力建设和治理结构等。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel enterprises are the mainstay of our country's pillar industries. All sectors of society have been concerned about the sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises. At present, there is a general phenomenon of diversification in large and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises in China. But for the relationship between diversified management model and enterprise performance. The researchers have not reached a consensus, and the research conclusions of different industry samples are also quite different. Iron and steel enterprises whether the implementation of diversified business model can improve the performance of enterprises, and what challenges the implementation of diversified business models are facing. The research on how to effectively implement diversified management will have a great impact on the future development of the whole Chinese iron and steel enterprises. This paper tests the diversification of listed iron and steel enterprises in China by regression analysis and single factor analysis of variance. The relationship between business model and enterprise performance. And put forward the suggestion for the iron and steel enterprise to carry out the diversified management mode effectively in the future. This paper is divided into five parts: The first part mainly introduces the research background of this paper and the theoretical and practical significance of this study; the methods and main contents of the research process; the innovation of this research. The second part: the related concepts involved in the study (diversification, enterprise performance, iron and steel enterprises diversification) are defined. This paper also summarizes the research literature on the relationship between diversification management model and enterprise performance at home and abroad and the relationship between diversification management model and enterprise performance in domestic iron and steel enterprises. The third part: mainly elaborated the diversification management pattern related theories, divides the positive and negative two aspects to discuss the diversification management pattern to produce the influence to the enterprise performance. That is, the motivation for enterprises to choose diversified management mode and the motivation for enterprises to refuse diversification management mode. Part 4th: mainly through regression analysis and single factor analysis method to analyze the relationship between diversified management mode and enterprise performance of listed iron and steel enterprises in China. From 2008 to 2011, 23 listed iron and steel companies in China were selected as the research samples. Through the collation of the relevant data of the sample enterprises, the calculation and the analysis of SPSS statistical software. Conclusion: the degree of diversification of listed iron and steel enterprises has a positive correlation with enterprise performance; There are significant differences among different diversified types of enterprise performance in listed iron and steel enterprises. The performance of related diversified enterprises is higher than that of single and dominant enterprises. The single-type enterprise performance is higher than the dominant enterprise performance and so on. Part 5th: mainly analyzes the empirical research conclusions of the relationship between the diversified management model and the enterprise performance of listed iron and steel enterprises in China, and puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively implement diversified management, such as industry choice.
