江西省新能源汽车供应链风险识别与评估研究

【摘要】:供应链是一个多参与主体、多环节、多流程的复杂网络。在当今全球经济一体化的背景下,企业为了取得竞争优势,采取削减库存、外包、寻求单一供应源等策略,它们在为企业带来优势的同时,也增加了供应链的风险。 传统汽车产生大量的尾气,对空气污染非常严重。随着我国汽车保有量的不断飙升,近年来,我国受雾霾天气的影响非常严重。发展新能源汽车,是治理PM2.5、减少空气污染的有效手段之一。新能源汽车作为江西省十大战略性新兴产业之一,在国民经济中占有重要地位。目前,江西省新能源汽车刚进入产业导入期,产品存在技术不成熟、性价比不高、基础设施缺失、耗能较大、充电时间长等问题,更主要的是存在较大安全隐患,这些问题直接影响新能源汽车供应链的稳定运行。 江西省科技创新“六个一”工程办公室发布2012年江西省战略性新兴产业运行情况分析中指出新能源汽车及动力电池产业发展不足,竞争力不强,抗风险能力较弱。这体现了江西省新能源汽车供应链抗风险能力较弱,而新能源汽车供应链中存在各种不确定性因素,这将直接影响江西省新能源汽车产业的发展。基于此,新能源汽车企业必须对供应链风险进行管理,提高供应链的抗风险能力。 本文首先对江西省新能源汽车供应链的结构与特点进行了剖析,采用风险问卷调查法对江西省新能源供应链风险进行识别,经过筛选并结合江西省新能源汽车供应链的特点将江西省新能源汽车供应链风险归纳为需求、供应、合作关系、制造流程、物流和外部环境六大类以及28个小类。 根据分析识别出的风险构建了江西省新能源汽车供应链风险评价指标体系,并基于F-AHP法构建了江西省新能源汽车供应链风险评估模型;用实证分析的方法对该风险评估模型进行了验证,通过对江西省新能源汽车供应链风险进行评估,得出江西省新能源汽车供应链风险的整体评估值和六大类的风险评估值。从评估的结果可以看出江西省新能源汽车供应链整体风险处于较高水平,六大类风险从高到低依次是供应、外部环境、需求、合作关系、物流、制造流程,并对风险评估结果作了分析;验证的结果证明了基于F-AHP法的江西省新能源汽车供应链风险评估模型具有较高的理论价值和实践依据。 根据江西省新能源汽车供应链风险的评估结果,有针对性地提出了江西省新能源汽车供应链风险预防措施。本研究所取得的成果对江西省新能源汽车企业进行供应链风险管理具有一定的指导意义,对于今后对新能源汽车供应链风险的深入研究也是一个启发。
[Abstract]:Supply chain is a complex network of multi-participant, multi-link and multi-process. Under the background of global economic integration, enterprises take inventory reduction and outsourcing in order to obtain competitive advantage. Strategies such as seeking a single supply source not only bring advantages to enterprises, but also increase the risk of supply chain. Traditional vehicles produce a large amount of exhaust gas, which is very serious to the air pollution. With the rapid increase of vehicle ownership in China, in recent years, our country is seriously affected by the haze weather. As one of the ten strategic emerging industries in Jiangxi Province, new energy vehicles play an important role in the national economy. Jiangxi Province new energy vehicles have just entered the period of industrial introduction, the products are not mature technology, cost-effective, lack of infrastructure, energy consumption, long charging time and other problems, more important is the existence of greater safety risks. These problems directly affect the stable operation of new energy automobile supply chain. Jiangxi Province Science and Technology Innovation "six one" Engineering Office released 2012 Jiangxi Province strategic emerging industries operation analysis pointed out that the development of new energy vehicles and power battery industry is insufficient, the competitiveness is not strong. This shows that the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is weak in its ability to resist risks, and there are various uncertain factors in the supply chain of new energy vehicles. This will directly affect the development of the new energy automobile industry in Jiangxi Province. Based on this, the new energy automobile enterprises must manage the supply chain risk and improve the supply chain risk resistance ability. In this paper, the structure and characteristics of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province are analyzed, and the risk questionnaire method is used to identify the risk of the supply chain of new energy in Jiangxi Province. Through screening and combining the characteristics of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province, the risk of supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is summarized as demand, supply, cooperation and manufacturing process. Logistics and external environment six categories and 28 categories. Based on the analysis of the identified risks, the risk evaluation index system of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is constructed, and the risk assessment model of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is constructed based on F-AHP method. The risk assessment model is validated by empirical analysis, and the supply chain risk of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is evaluated. From the evaluation results, we can see that the overall risk of the supply chain of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province is at a high level. The six types of risk are supply, external environment, demand, cooperation, logistics, manufacturing process, and the results of risk assessment are analyzed. The results show that the risk assessment model based on F-AHP has high theoretical value and practical basis. According to the evaluation results of supply chain risk of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province. The paper puts forward the preventive measures of supply chain risk of new energy vehicles in Jiangxi Province. The results obtained in this study have certain guiding significance for the supply chain risk management of new energy automobile enterprises in Jiangxi Province. It is also an inspiration to further study the supply chain risk of new energy vehicles in the future.
