【摘要】:丙烯酰胺产品能够有效提高石油采收率,广泛应用于水处理造纸等行业国家十二五规划中明确鼓励支持能源和环保行业发展,为我国丙烯酰胺行业的发展提供了巨大的外部推动力随着我国经济的快速发展,石油消费量的不断增大,人们环保意识的提高和生产技术的进步,丙烯酰胺行业处于重要的战略机遇期同时,国内丙烯酰胺生产企业规模及效益相差较大,总体技术水平不高,创新能力差,在原材料价格波动剧烈,劳动力成本逐年提高的形势下,丙烯酰胺行业面临着巨大的生存压力和发展困境 本文选取了丙烯酰胺行业中比较典型的一家上市公司——宝莫股份作为案例,通过深入的实地调研定性定量分析和系统分析,应用战略管理相关理论和研究方法,对宝莫股份的发展战略进行了深入的研究运用PEST模型五力分析模型,对宝莫股份的宏观环境行业竞争环境内部微观环境进行了分析,,在此基础上找出宝莫股份面临的机遇和威胁优势和劣势制定了宝莫股份的内部因素评价矩阵(IFE)及外部因素评价矩阵(EFE),运用SWOT分析制定了宝莫股份发展战略的备选方案为SO战略为选择切实可行的发展战略,提高宝莫股份在未来竞争中的竞争力,利用定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM矩阵)对四个备选的SO战略进行排序,最终选择一体化战略和多元化战略作为宝莫股份的发展战略为保证发展战略的顺利实施,宝莫股份须采取提出了宝莫股份发展战略的实施对策,包括扩大生产规模优化人力资源管理加快产品技术创新推进产业链延伸改组营销事业部实施精细化管理等措施,实现宝莫股份抓住外部机遇,发挥内部优势,走上持续稳定健康的发展道路
[Abstract]:Acrylamide products can effectively enhance oil recovery, are widely used in national planning 12th Five-Year water treatment in papermaking industry clearly encourage and support environmental protection and energy industry development, for the development of China's industry of acrylamide provides a great external impetus with the rapid development of our economy, the increasing oil consumption, improve people's awareness of environmental protection and the progress of production technology, acrylamide industry is in an important period of strategic opportunities at the same time, the domestic enterprise scale and benefit of acrylamide is large, the overall technical level is not high, innovation ability is poor, the raw material price volatility, labor costs increased year by year situation, acrylamide industry facing the pressure of living and development of a huge dilemma
This paper selects the typical of acrylamide industry of a listed company, Po Mo shares as a case, through qualitative and quantitative analysis and systematic analysis, in-depth field research, the application of strategic management theories and research methods, the development strategy of Po Mo shares are researched deeply by PEST model, five forces model, the Po Mo the shares of the macro environment industry competition environment of internal micro environment analysis, then find out the Po Mo shares the opportunities and threats facing the advantages and disadvantages of establishing internal factors evaluation matrix of Po Mo shares (IFE) and external factor evaluation matrix (EFE), using the SWOT analysis of the development of the alternative Po Mo shares development strategy SO strategy for the selection of feasible development strategy, improve the Po Mo shares competitiveness in the future competition, with the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM matrix) of four Sort of alternative SO strategy, finally choose integration strategy and diversification strategy as the development strategy of Po Mo shares in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy, Po Mo shares shall take countermeasures for the implementation of Po Mo shares development strategy, including the expansion of production scale optimization of human resources management to accelerate product innovation to promote the extension of industrial chain reorganization Marketing Department of fine management and other measures to achieve Po Mo shares to seize external opportunities, play to advantages, on the road to development steadily and healthily
