北京优进办公家具公司采购流程分析与优化的研究

【摘要】:在制造型企业管理的新形势下,采购管理在企业的研发产品、产品品质保证、经营管理中越来越重要及突出了,企业中的采购成本也将影响企业产品定价及企业利润。由于企业中的采购流程、供应商管理、物流管理联接于供应链的整个系统,因此对制造型企业来说,有效的采购管理模式可以给企业增加利润及企业价值,,并降低企业的采购成本,从而使企业在多市的市场上占据有利的地位。 本文选取北京优进办公家具公司为研究个案,利用现场调研法、定性及定量分析法、数据分析法、流程分析法等,介绍了整个家具行业背景及优进公司简况,分析了优进公司供应链现状及其在采购管理过程中的存在的主要问题。在此基础上,本文着重探讨了北京优进办公家具公司采购流程的优化,主要从采购部门组织机构调整、供应商管理、原料物流管理等方面进行详细的研究阐述。论文最后就北京优进公司采购流程策略实施保障、难点及解决措施进行了探讨。 采购流程的优化是一个持续改进过程,企业应该密切关注行业市场动态与现代管理的发展,充分理解及更有效地实施供应链之下的采购流程,不断完善企业的采购流程管理,实现持续提高企业的市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:In the new situation of manufacturing enterprise management, procurement management is becoming more and more important and prominent in R & D products, product quality assurance, management and management. The purchasing cost in the enterprise will also affect the product pricing and the profit of the enterprise. Because the purchasing process, the supplier management and the logistics management in the enterprise are connected to the whole system of the supply chain, so for the manufacturing enterprise. The effective purchasing management mode can increase the profit and the enterprise value, and reduce the purchasing cost of the enterprise, so that the enterprise occupies a favorable position in the multi-city market. This article selects Beijing Youjin office furniture company as the research case, uses the field investigation method, the qualitative and the quantitative analysis method, the data analysis method, the process analysis method and so on, has introduced the entire furniture industry background and the superior enters the company brief situation. This paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain of Youjin Company and its main problems in the process of purchasing management. On this basis, this paper focuses on the optimization of procurement process of Beijing Youjin Office Furniture Company. Mainly from the procurement department organization adjustment, supplier management, raw material logistics management and other aspects of detailed research. Difficulties and solutions are discussed. The optimization of purchasing process is a continuous improvement process. Enterprises should pay close attention to the development of industry market dynamics and modern management, fully understand and more effectively implement the procurement process under the supply chain. Continue to improve the procurement process management, to achieve continuous improvement of the market competitiveness of enterprises.
