首钢京唐公司钢铁物流发展规划的研究

【摘要】：随着经济的发展和科技的进步,我国的钢铁产业得到了迅速的发展,为了更进一步的降低成本,钢铁生产企业逐渐重视物流环节,面临着由原来单一的生产角色向服务商的角色演变。首钢京唐公司作为首钢集团外迁的重要一部分,同样需要通过对自身钢铁物流的改善来满足客户不断提高的服务要求,提高自己的市场竞争力。本文主要通过分析首钢京唐公司钢铁物流发展的外部环境和内部环境,针对制约其钢铁物流发展的码头堆场和仓库存储能力与码头吞吐能力不匹配、码头吞吐能力利用率不足,存在资源浪费和码头缺乏与腹地的缓冲等问题,提出了三种不同的解决方案,通过对三种方案的优缺点的比较分析分析,选取了建设钢铁物流园的解决方案,进一步提出了首钢京唐公司钢铁物流园建设的目标和功能定位,并运用灰色模型GM(1,1)预测了物流园腹地的GDP,并根据GDP、钢材消费强度和物流量的关系,预测物流园物流量,并对物流园的发展前景进行了SWOT分析。对首钢京唐公司钢铁物流园进行了功能区的设置和物流作业流程的设计,在物流园区中各功能区的物流关系、非物流关系和综合相互关系分析的基础上,确定了首钢京唐公司钢铁物流园中各功能区的相对位置及平面布局。最后,总结了在首钢京唐公司钢铁物流研究和钢铁物流园规划中存在的不足,并以此为背景,对后续的研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the iron and steel industry of our country has been developed rapidly. In order to further reduce the cost, the iron and steel production enterprises gradually attach importance to the logistics link. Facing the evolution from a single production role to a service provider, Shougang Jingtang Company is an important part of the relocation of Shougang Group. Also need to improve their own steel logistics to meet the continuous improvement of customer service requirements to improve their market competitiveness. Through the analysis of the external and internal environment of the development of iron and steel logistics in Jingtang Iron and Steel Company of Shougang, this paper aims at the mismatch between the storage capacity of the wharf and the storage capacity of the warehouse which restricts the development of the iron and steel logistics and the capacity of the wharf. There are some problems such as insufficient utilization of terminal throughput capacity, waste of resources and lack of buffer between terminal and hinterland. Three different solutions are put forward, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes are compared and analyzed. This paper selects the solution of the construction of iron and steel logistics park, further puts forward the goal and function orientation of the construction of the steel logistics park of Jingtang company of Shougang, and applies the grey model GM(1. 1) the GDPs of logistics park hinterland are predicted, and according to the relationship between GDP, steel consumption intensity and material flow, the logistics park material flow is predicted. The development prospect of logistics park is analyzed by SWOT. The function zone is set up and the logistics operation process is designed. The logistics relationship of each function area in logistics park is also discussed. Based on the analysis of non-logistics relationship and comprehensive interrelation, the relative position and plane layout of each functional area in the Iron and Steel Logistics Park of Jingtang Company of Shougang are determined. Finally, this paper summarizes the shortcomings in the research of iron and steel logistics and the planning of iron and steel logistics park in Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
