【摘要】:贵州省政府为加快工业强省建设,推动贵州工业化快速发展,提出了包括民族制药在内的《贵州工业十大产业振兴规划》。高技能人才作为先进的科研成果转化的关键性人才,对加快企业改革和产业升级、提高和整合区域经济综合实力、促进贵州经济持续快速发展有着不可替代的作用。依据贵州制药企业自身发展的需要及企业中高技能人才的评价现状,研究建立符合贵州制药企业高技能人才评价的指标体系,对贵州制药特色产业高技能人才的发展及贵州经济的进步具有十分重要的意义。 本论文以贵州制药企业高技能人才的评价为研究视角,明确制药行业高技能人才研究的重要性。通过对高技能人才的相关文献及理论的分析与总结,结合贵州制药企业的实地调研情况,对贵州制药企业高技能人才评价的现状进行分析,找出存在的问题及其原因,重点研究构建贵州制药企业高技能人才的评价指标体系。首先,介绍构建制药企业高技能人才评价体系的目的、原则及难点;其次,通过文献查找和访谈调研的方法初步确立评价指标,通过德尔菲法对指标进行筛选和修改,确定指标体系,并对确立的指标体系进行信度效度分析,验证指标体系的可信度和可靠性;最后,用层次分析法对指标体系进行权重确定。利用模糊综合评价方法对高技能人才进行评价,对已经建立的指标体系进行实践应用,以六位不同工种的制药企业高技能人才为评价实例,证明指标体系的科学性和可行性,并提出指标体系应用的过程中应注意的问题。 本文根据贵州制药企业的实际情况,进一步丰富了对制药企业人才资源的研究。配合“十二五”关于高技能人才中长期发展规划,,旨在通过对制药企业高技能人才评价指标体系的研究,构建适应贵州制药企业发展的高技能人才评价体系。以期提高制药企业高技能人才鉴定工作的质量和员工的工作技能水平,完善制药企业人才评价机制,促进贵州制药企业长期可持续发展,为中国制药企业高技能人才建设提供借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:In order to speed up the construction of a strong industrial province, the Guizhou Provincial Government promotes the rapid development of Guizhou's industrialization. This paper puts forward the "Plan for the Revitalization of the Ten Industries of Guizhou Industry, including the National Pharmaceutical Industry." as the key talents in the transformation of advanced scientific research achievements, the highly skilled personnel will speed up the enterprise reform and industrial upgrading. It is irreplaceable to improve and integrate the comprehensive strength of regional economy and promote the sustained and rapid development of Guizhou economy. According to the needs of Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises' own development and the evaluation status of high-skilled talents in enterprises. It is of great significance for the development of Guizhou pharmaceutical industry and the economic progress of Guizhou to study and establish an index system that accords with the evaluation index system of high skill talents in Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises. From the perspective of evaluation of high-skilled talents in Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper makes clear the importance of the research of high-skilled talents in pharmaceutical industry. Through the analysis and summary of relevant literature and theory of high-skilled talents. Combined with the field investigation of Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of the evaluation of high-skilled talents in Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises, and finds out the existing problems and their causes. Firstly, the purpose, principles and difficulties of constructing the evaluation system of high skilled talents in Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises are introduced. Secondly, the evaluation index is preliminarily established by the methods of literature search and interview, and the index system is determined by the Delphi method, and the reliability and validity of the established index system is analyzed. To verify the reliability and reliability of the index system; Finally, the AHP is used to determine the weight of the index system. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the highly skilled talents, and the established index system is applied in practice. Taking six highly skilled talents of pharmaceutical enterprises with different types of work as an example, the paper proves the scientific and feasibility of the index system, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of application of the index system. According to the actual situation of Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises, this paper further enriches the research on the talent resources of pharmaceutical enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to study the evaluation index system of high skill talents in pharmaceutical enterprises. In order to improve the quality of high skilled personnel identification and the level of work skills of staff in pharmaceutical enterprises, the evaluation system of highly skilled personnel for Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises should be established, and the evaluation mechanism of talents in pharmaceutical enterprises should be improved. To promote the long-term sustainable development of Guizhou pharmaceutical enterprises and provide reference and inspiration for the construction of high-skilled talents in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.
