辽宁省传统装备制造业与高新技术产业关联性研究

【摘要】：东北老工业基地之首的辽宁省，其装备制造业不仅在辽宁省而且在全国工业体系中占有非常大的比重，但过去由于受到计划经济体制的影响，在优先发展装备制造业上缺乏足够的战略性认识，导致装备制造业在整体上呈现出技术落后与设备陈旧，特别是一些传统装备制造业表现出严重的竞争力不足。目前，，辽宁省已经认识到传统装备制造业的不足，认识到高新技术产业在促进其发展方面的重要性与迫切性。本文基于产业关联理论，较为全面地研究了辽宁省传统装备制造业与高新技术产业之间的关联性。首先，本文对国内外相关理论研究进行了概述；其次，本文基于辽宁省装备制造业发展现状，运用产业链理论分析了传统装备制造业的现状；再次，在对传统装备制造业与高新技术产业之间基本关系的分析的基础之上，运用产业关联理论定性分析了辽宁省传统装备制造业与高新技术产业之间的关系，包括价格联系、产品联系、投资联系、生产技术联系、劳动就业联系，并在此基础上总结了影响辽宁省传统装备制造业与高新技术产业之间关联关系的核心因素。本文基于2002年和2007年辽宁省投入产出表，应用RAS修正法对2012年辽宁省传统装备制造业对高新技术产业的直接消耗系数和完全消耗系数进行推测，结合投入产出分析法和产业波及效果理论，基于这三次的投入产出数据进行横向与纵向的分析，研究辽宁省传统装备制造业与高新技术产业的关联关系。最后，在定性分析与定量分析的基础上，提出适合辽宁省传统装备制造业与高新技术产业协调发展的建议。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning Province, which is the head of the old industrial base in Northeast China, not only occupies a very large proportion in Liaoning Province but also in the national industrial system, but it was influenced by the planned economy system in the past. The lack of sufficient strategic understanding in giving priority to the development of the equipment manufacturing industry leads to the overall presentation of backward technology and obsolete equipment in the equipment manufacturing industry. In particular, some traditional equipment manufacturing industry shows a serious lack of competitiveness. At present, Liaoning Province has recognized the shortcomings of traditional equipment manufacturing industry. Recognize the importance and urgency of high-tech industry in promoting its development. Based on the theory of industrial relevance, this paper comprehensively studies the relationship between traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry in Liaoning Province. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the present situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the current situation of traditional equipment manufacturing industry by using industry chain theory. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the basic relationship between traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry, the relationship between traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry in Liaoning Province is analyzed qualitatively by using the theory of industrial relevance. Including price, product, investment, production and technology, labor and employment links. On this basis, the paper summarizes the core factors that affect the relationship between traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industries in Liaoning Province. This paper is based on the input-output table of Liaoning Province on 2002 and 2007. In 2012, the direct consumption coefficient and complete consumption coefficient of Liaoning traditional equipment manufacturing industry were estimated by using RAS correction method, combined with input-output analysis method and industry ripple effect theory. Based on the three input and output data horizontal and vertical analysis the relationship between traditional equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry in Liaoning Province. Finally on the basis of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Some suggestions are put forward for the coordinated development of traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry in Liaoning province.
