【摘要】:二十一世纪,国与国之间的较量仍然是以煤炭、石油等为主的能源存储的竞争。如何改进现有的综采技术,安全高效的提高开采量,是能源竞争中至关重要的一环。装备制造业是国家在十二五期间重点扶持的产业项目,强调要从过去的重生产向今后的重服务转变,要求在技术工艺和整套研发方面寻求新的突破。而在推进中小企业发展方面,国家高度重视金融服务和信用担保体系建设,多方面拓宽融资渠道,并完善相关的税收优惠政策,为中小企业营造了一个相对宽松的发展环境。在这种大背景下,本文选取了一家以综采支架为支柱产品的煤矿机械装备制造企业——TS公司作为研究对象,在对国内外企业战略管理理论等文献资料进行了详细梳理总结的基础上,按照发展环境分析→发展战略制定→发展战略实施与控制的技术研究路线对TS公司的发展战略给予了深入分析和探讨。战略分析方面,主要是对TS公司当前面临的外部环境和内部因素进行全面分析。在外部环境方面,本文运用了PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面对TS公司进行了宏观环境分析,运用五力模型分别对TS公司周围的五种力量进行了分析,包括上游供货商、下游购买者、替代品、潜在进入者以及本领域内已存在的同行业者五个方面,进而总结出企业目前所面临的机会与威胁,然后运用EFE矩阵对外部环境各因素按照重要程度分别赋予了相应的权重,进而得出外部环境因素对公司的作用力大小。在内部环境分析中,包括企业资源分析和企业能力分析两部分,本文通过对TS公司的有形资源、无形资源、人力资源以及企业在研发、生产、财务、营销四个方面能力的逐一分析,总结出TS公司的优势、劣势所在,并运用IFE矩阵同样对内部诸因素赋予了相应权重,通过加权分的比较得出公司的自身条件在市场中竞争能力的大小。战略制定方面,本文以内外部环境的分析结论为基础,综合公司面临的机会与威胁、自身存在的优势与劣势,运用SWOT分析法从SO、WO、ST、WT四个角度进行了全面分析阐述,为TS公司得出了战略备选方案,最后运用QSPM矩阵给备选方案分别进行打分,确定了公司的最优战略方案和今后的发展方向。战略实施与控制方面,针对TS公司现状,本文从产品、销售、人才等几个方面提出了相应的完善措施,从而确保战略目标的顺利实现。本文的研究分析,为TS公司将来的发展进一步明确了目标和方向,对于公司今后在综采支架市场领域的拓展将起到一定的指导和帮助作用,同时也能为煤机装备制造企业,特别是中小企业在激烈的市场竞争中寻求突破方向提供一点借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the competition between countries is still the competition of energy storage, such as coal, oil and so on. How to improve the existing fully mechanized mining technology, safe and efficient to increase production. Equipment manufacturing industry is a key industry project supported by the country during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, which emphasizes the transition from heavy production in the past to heavy service in the future. In order to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the state attaches great importance to the construction of financial services and credit guarantee system, and widens the financing channels in many aspects. And improve the relevant tax preferential policies, for small and medium-sized enterprises to create a relatively loose development environment. In this context. In this paper, a coal mine machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprise, TS Company, which takes fully mechanized coal mining support as its pillar product, is selected as the research object. On the basis of combing and summarizing the theory of strategic management of enterprises at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development environment. 鈫扗evelopment strategy formulation. 鈫扵he development strategy implementation and control technology research route to TS company's development strategy has given the thorough analysis and the discussion. Strategic analysis aspect. This paper mainly analyzes the external environment and internal factors facing TS Company. In the aspect of external environment, this paper uses PEST analysis method, from the political, economic, social. Technology four aspects of the macro environment analysis of TS company, using the five-force model to analyze the five forces around TS, including upstream suppliers, downstream buyers, substitutes. Potential entrants and existing in this field of the same industry in five aspects, and then summed up the current opportunities and threats faced by enterprises. Then the EFE matrix is used to give the corresponding weight to each factor of external environment according to the importance degree, and then the force of external environmental factors on the company is obtained, which is in the analysis of internal environment. It includes two parts: enterprise resource analysis and enterprise capability analysis. Through the analysis of tangible resources, intangible resources, human resources and enterprise R & D, production and finance of TS Company. Four aspects of marketing capabilities one by one analysis, summed up the strengths and weaknesses of TS, and the use of IFE matrix to the same internal factors given the corresponding weight. Through the comparison of weighting points, the author draws the conclusion that the company's own conditions are competitive in the market. In the aspect of strategy formulation, this paper synthesizes the opportunities and threats faced by the company on the basis of the conclusion of the analysis of internal and external environment. The advantages and disadvantages of its own, the use of SWOT analysis from the SWOT analysis of the four angles of comprehensive analysis of the company for TS strategic options. Finally, the QSPM matrix is used to score the alternatives, and the optimal strategic plan and future development direction of the company are determined. In terms of strategy implementation and control, according to the current situation of TS, this paper starts with the product. Sales, talent and other aspects of the corresponding improvement measures to ensure the smooth realization of strategic objectives. The research and analysis of this paper for the future development of TS further clear the objectives and direction. For the company in the future in the field of fully mechanized mining support market expansion will play a certain role in guidance and help, but also for the coal machine equipment manufacturing enterprises. In particular, the small and medium-sized enterprises in the fierce market competition to seek breakthrough direction to provide some reference significance.
