【摘要】:中核赣州金瑞铀业有限公司(以下简称“金瑞铀业公司”)隶属中国核工业集团地质矿产事业部,,属天然铀生产企业,担负着为国防和核电提供原料的重要任务。本文对该公司的发展战略进行了系统的研究。 首先,本文采用PEST分析法分析了金瑞铀业公司面临的政治、经济、社会文化和技术环境,分析行业发展存在的突出问题,并结合行业的现状,对产业政策做了全面的分析,提出了行业未来的发展方向。 其次,本文采用波特的五力分析模型对供应商的议价能力、购买者的议价能力、潜在竞争者进入的能力、替代品的替代能力、行业内竞争者现在的竞争能力进行了分析,确定了公司竞争环境的重要影响因素。 第三,本文采用SWOT分析法,系统分析了金瑞铀业公司的优势、劣势、机遇和面临的威胁,制订了适合企业的发展战略,提出了企业的发展战略目标。 最后,为公司发展战略的实施提出了掌控资源、降低生产成本、提高生产能力、强化企业内部管理、安全生产与保护环境、加强人力资源建设等策略。
[Abstract]:China Nuclear Ganzhou Jinrui uranium Industry Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Jinrui uranium Industry Company") belongs to the Geological and Mineral Division of China Nuclear Industry Group, which is a natural uranium production enterprise. It is an important task to supply raw materials for national defense and nuclear power. The development strategy of the company is systematically studied in this paper. First of all, this paper analyzes the political, economic, social, cultural and technological environment faced by Jinrui uranium Industry Company by using PEST analysis method, analyzes the outstanding problems in the development of the industry, and combines the current situation of the industry. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the industrial policy and puts forward the future development direction of the industry. Secondly, this paper uses Porter's five-force analysis model to the supplier's bargaining power, the buyer's bargaining ability, the potential competitor's ability to enter, and the substitute's substitution ability. The competitive power of competitors in the industry is analyzed, and the important factors affecting the competitive environment of the company are determined. Thirdly, using SWOT analysis method, this paper systematically analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by Jinrui uranium Industry Company, formulates the development strategy suitable for the enterprise, and puts forward the development strategic objectives of the enterprise. Finally, some strategies are put forward for the implementation of the development strategy of the company, such as controlling resources, reducing production cost, improving production capacity, strengthening internal management, safety production and protecting environment, and strengthening the construction of human resources.
