【摘要】:随着国民经济的日益增长,能源需求越来越大,不可再生资源如天然气,石油,煤炭等逐渐匮乏,逐渐制约经济发展的步伐。从环境保护的角度来说,以煤炭为主的能源结构造成严重的环境污染问题,而发展核电,既可以从运输成本,资源储备方面取得优胜,且核电的SO2,NO化物及温室气体排放量是零。核电的发展离不开安全,核电站日常维修的风险管理对核安全保障具有重大意义。 本文根据项目风险管理的理论,对A核电站的日常维修项目风险管理进行全面深入的研究,介绍了A核电站在日常维修项目风险管理方面的优秀之处,同时指出不足,最终,为A核电站在日常维修项目风险管理提出改进措施及完善的机制。第一,主要阐述了本文的研究背景和意义,并对该课题在国内外研究现状方面进行介绍;第二,主要介绍A核电站在日常维修项目管理的概况及其风险管理方面的良好经验,利用WBS元素方法识别核电工作现场的风险,并通过降低风险,规避风险和监视风险等应对措施,,来对日常维修项目的风险进行有效的管理。同时经过分析,指出在风险评估和风险监控方面,A核电运营公司并没有一个完善的体系;第三,使用现代项目风险管理的理论,提出A核电站在风险管理方面可做出的改进措施。主要有安全检查表方法(SCL),工作危害分析法(JHA)和作业条件危险性分析法(LEC)来对日常维修项目进行风险评估,从而更好的识别风险及制定预防措施。另外,在风险监控方面,也论述了一系列有效可行的措施。
[Abstract]:As the national economy grows day by day, the demand for energy is increasing. Non-renewable resources, such as natural gas, oil and coal, are gradually scarce, and the pace of economic development is gradually restricted. From the point of view of environmental protection, The energy structure dominated by coal causes serious environmental pollution problems, and the development of nuclear power can not only obtain excellent results in terms of transportation costs and resource reserves, but also zero emissions of so _ 2no and greenhouse gases from nuclear power. The development of nuclear power cannot be separated from safety. The risk management of daily maintenance of nuclear power station is of great significance to nuclear safety and security. According to the theory of project risk management, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the risk management of daily maintenance project in nuclear power plant A, introduces the excellence of risk management in daily maintenance project of A nuclear power plant, and points out the shortcomings, finally, Put forward the improvement measures and perfect mechanism for the risk management of A nuclear power station in the daily maintenance project. First, mainly elaborated the research background and the significance of this paper, and carried on the introduction to this topic in the domestic and foreign research present situation; second, This paper mainly introduces the general situation of daily maintenance project management and good experience in risk management of A nuclear power plant, and uses WBS element method to identify the risk of nuclear power plant work site, and by reducing risk, avoiding risk and monitoring risk, and so on. At the same time, through analysis, it is pointed out that there is no perfect system in risk assessment and risk monitoring. Third, using the theory of modern project risk management, The improvement measures in risk management of nuclear power plant A are put forward. The main measures are the safety check table method, the work hazard analysis method (JHAA) and the working condition risk analysis method (LEC) to evaluate the risk of daily maintenance projects. In addition, in the aspect of risk monitoring, a series of effective and feasible measures are also discussed.
