中国微车企业海外制造运作模式研究

【摘要】:汽车产业作为一个产业关联性强、需求价格弹性和收入价格弹性高、规模经济效益明显、资金和技术密集度较高的现代产业,对整个国家经济发展起着极为重要的拉动作用,是一个国家国民经济的支柱性产业之一。中国的汽车产业发展至今,己经有五十多年的历史。在这短短的五十多年历史中,中国本土的汽车市场和汽车行业得到了日新月异的发展。随着经济全球化的不断深入,各国经济发展越来越趋向开放,而汽车产业则是一个典型的全球性产业,无论从产业链结构的完整性还是从参与市场竞争的各个层级的企业来讲,中国的汽车产业已经越来越多地融入到全球汽车市场。当前,中国汽车产业正进入历史最好发展时期,2012年我国汽车产业完成产销量分别为1927.18万辆、1930.64万辆,同比分别增长4.6%和4.3%,汽车企业国际化经营也从贸易出口向跨国并购、海外建厂等新型海外经营方式转变。汽车产业、汽车厂商海外市场的开拓与深耕,有利于其提高产业竞争力、降低产业结构调整成本、增加社会福利以及树立其国际品牌形象,能够获取更大的发展空间,可以说中国汽车产业的发展离不开世界。 基于上述背景,本文通过梳理国内外文献现状并综合运用国际直接投资理论、企业国际化成长理论及海外制造运行实践,重点研究了以下几个问题: (1)构建了汽车企业海外制造运作的基本框架; (2)对部分中国微车企业的海外制造运作模式进行了系统的分析和总结; (3)重点介绍了上汽通用五菱印度海外制造项目的运作模式,为行业内其他企业海外制造活动的开展提供了借鉴; (4)针对当前微车行业海外制造活动遇到的问题,提出了优化方案。 论文研究的完成有利于提高我国微车行业的海外制造综合能力,增强我国微车行业的国际竞争力与品牌影响力,推进微车行业的国际化进程。
[Abstract]:As a modern industry with strong industrial relevance, high elasticity of demand price and income price, obvious scale economic benefits and high capital and technology intensity, automobile industry plays an extremely important role in the economic development of the whole country. China's automobile industry has a history of more than 50 years. In this short history of more than 50 years, With the deepening of economic globalization, the economic development of various countries is becoming more and more open, and the automobile industry is a typical global industry. Whether in terms of the integrity of the industrial chain structure or the various levels of enterprises participating in market competition, China's automobile industry has been increasingly integrated into the global automobile market. At present, China's auto industry is entering the best period of development in history. In 2012, China's auto industry completed production and sales of nineteen million two hundred and seventy-one thousand and eight hundred vehicles and nineteen million three hundred and six thousand and four hundred vehicles respectively, an increase of 4.6% and 4.3 respectively over the same period last year. The international operation of automobile enterprises has also shifted from trade exports to cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The development and deep ploughing of the automobile industry and the overseas market of automobile manufacturers will help them to improve their industrial competitiveness, reduce the cost of industrial structure adjustment, increase social welfare and establish their international brand image. It can be said that the development of China's automobile industry can not be separated from the world. Based on the above background, this paper studies the following problems by combing the domestic and foreign literature and synthetically applying the theory of international direct investment, the theory of enterprise internationalization growth and the practice of overseas manufacturing. 1) constructing the basic frame of overseas manufacturing operation of automobile enterprises; 2) analyzing and summing up the overseas manufacturing operation mode of some Chinese micro car enterprises; The operating mode of SAIC Wuling Indian overseas manufacturing project is introduced in detail, which provides reference for the overseas manufacturing activities of other enterprises in the industry. 4) aiming at the problems encountered in the overseas manufacturing activities of the micro car industry, the optimization scheme is put forward. The completion of the research in this paper will help to improve the overseas comprehensive manufacturing capability of the micro car industry in China, enhance the international competitiveness and brand influence of the micro car industry in China, and promote the internationalization process of the micro car industry.
