河源市烟草公司员工培训系统分析

【摘要】:烟草企业为国家的财政收入和经济建设发挥着不可替代的作用。世界经济环境和政策的变幻,为我国烟草行业的生存和发展带来了机遇和挑战。如何运用好企业制度,对烟草行业的各方面进行调整,以确保烟草行业的稳定发展,提升其国际竞争力,是一个相当重要的研究课题。不少研究根据这一课题展开,针对职业培训工作的角度,对烟草行业的产品结构调整进行了探讨。然而,广东作为烟草大省,相关研究比较缺乏,地方性烟草企业员工培训的研究更是少之又少。重视及加强地方烟草企业的职工培训工作,对整体提高行业核心竞争力,起着重要的作用。 河源市烟草公司虽然己经建立了初步的专卖员工培训体系,但员工整体学历不高,文化素质偏低,企业危机意识淡薄。随着公司的规模日益扩大,现有的员工培训体系所暴露出来的矛盾日益突出,为适应新世纪科技、理念的高速发展,有必要对员工培训体系重新构建。 本文应用企业培训的相关理论,借鉴国内外优秀企业员工培训管理方面的研究成果和实践经验,从培训体系组织、流程、内容入手,按照提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的思路,采取文献研究、案例分析、问卷调查等研究方法,对河源市烟草公司企业员工培训的现状进行了调查,分析了河源市烟草公司员工培训中存在的问题,运用现代培训理论,对河源市烟草公司员工培训体系进行了设计,包括提出设计原则、进行培训需求分析、培训方法分析、培训内容和教材设计、培训组织实施设计和培训考核评估设计等。最后,本文提出了完善河源市烟草公司员工培训体系的对策,主要是从制度完善层面、培训环境、资金支持层面、组织保障和文化结合等方面保障河源市烟草公司员工教育培训体系实施的效果。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry to national financial income and economic development plays an irreplaceable role. The world economic environment and policy changes, and bring opportunities and challenges to the survival and development of China's tobacco industry. How to make good use of enterprise system, all aspects of the tobacco industry to adjust, to ensure the stable development of the tobacco industry. To enhance its international competitiveness, is a very important research topic. A lot of research on this topic, the occupation training work angle, the adjustment of product structure of the tobacco industry are discussed. However, as the Guangdong tobacco Province, lack of relevant research, research on local tobacco enterprise staff training is less and less. Strengthen the local tobacco enterprise staff training, to improve the core competitiveness of the whole industry, plays an important role.
Heyuan City, although the tobacco companies has established preliminary monopoly system of staff training, but the staff overall degree is not high, low culture quality, enterprise crisis consciousness. With the increasing size of the company, the contradiction between the existing staff training system exposed increasingly prominent, in order to adapt to the new century science and technology, the rapid development of the concept, it is necessary to re construction of employee training system.
By using the theory of enterprise training, from the aspects of employee training management outstanding enterprises in the domestic and foreign research results and practical experience, from the organization, training system, in accordance with the content of this question analysis ideas to solve the problem, through literature research, case analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods, investigated the status quo the tobacco companies staff training enterprise in Heyuan City, analyzes the existing tobacco companies staff training in Heyuan City, using the modern training theory, the tobacco companies of the staff training system of Heyuan city were designed, including the design principles, training needs analysis, training methods, training content and teaching design, organization and implementation of training design and training the assessment of design. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the staff training system of Heyuan city tobacco companies, mainly from the system. Good level, training environment, financial support level, organizational support and cultural integration to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the education and training system for the staff of the tobacco companies in Heyuan.
