云南烟草企业EAP需求研究及实施设计

【摘要】:员工的身心健康不仅与个人的工作绩效息息相关,更与企业的效益密不可分,员工的心理问题逐渐引起国内外企业的关注。员工援助计划(EAP)作为解决这一问题的重要途径,近年来成为国内许多学者的研究对象,甚至有些企业已经实施EAP项目,并取得了显著成效。 本文通过对国内外相关文献进行查阅,在对研究理论基础进行深入总结和归纳的基础上,,从企业和员工两个角度对企业实施EAP的相关因素进行分析。首先,本文从企业需要和员工需要两个层面阐述了在云南烟草企业实施EAP的必要性;从企业的行业背景和规模、实力的角度分析了在云南烟草企业实施EAP的可行性。其次,本文对云南烟草企业员工EAP需求状况进行调查研究,在红塔集团下属昆明、大理等卷烟厂发放问卷共320份,其中有效问卷298份,得到一手资料,并且运用SPSS16.0对问卷数据进行描述性统计分析、单因素方差分析、相关性分析得出以下结论: 1、员工对EAP项目的需求程度有所不同; 2、员工的个人基本特征对员工EAP需求有相关关系; 3、员工的工作感受对员工EAP需求有相关关系; 4、员工对EAP的认知程度对员工EAP需求有相关关系。 最后,本文在对文献进行分析和调查研究的基础上,参考国内外知名企业的EAP实施方案,从EAP的实施原则、指导思想、总体规划、准备工作、实施流程等方面构建了云南烟草企业的EAP实施方案。
[Abstract]:The physical and mental health of employees is not only closely related to individual performance, but also closely related to the benefits of enterprises. The psychological problems of employees are gradually attracting the attention of enterprises both at home and abroad. The employee Assistance Program (EAPP) is an important way to solve this problem. In recent years, it has become the research object of many domestic scholars, and even some enterprises have implemented EAP project, and achieved remarkable results. Based on the deep summary and induction of the theoretical basis of the research, this paper analyzes the factors related to the implementation of EAP in enterprises from the two angles of enterprises and employees. This paper expounds the necessity of implementing EAP in Yunnan tobacco enterprises from two aspects of enterprise needs and employee needs, analyzes the feasibility of implementing EAP in Yunnan tobacco enterprises from the angle of industry background, scale and strength of enterprises. In this paper, the EAP demand of tobacco employees in Yunnan tobacco enterprises was investigated. A total of 320 questionnaires were sent out in Kunming, Dali and other cigarette factories of Hongta Group, of which 298 valid questionnaires were obtained. And using SPSS16.0 to analyze the questionnaire data, single factor variance analysis and correlation analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:. 1. The degree of demand for EAP project is different; 2. The personal basic characteristics of employees are related to the EAP needs of employees; 3. The work experience of employees is related to the EAP needs of employees; 4. The degree of cognition to EAP is related to EAP demand. Finally, based on the analysis and investigation of the literature, this paper refers to the EAP implementation plan of well-known enterprises at home and abroad, from the implementation principles of EAP, guiding ideology, overall planning, preparation work, The implementation process and other aspects of Yunnan tobacco enterprises to build the implementation of EAP program.
