【摘要】：正前言2006年的中国家具行业是一个典型的红海,置身其中众多企业因为激烈的同质化竞争而正在大量的渗血,因为没有一个家具企业占有超过1%以上的市场份额。尽管如此,顾客对家具企业所提供的产品和服务仍然心存不满。如果顾客从商店购买家具,款式和质量都可以,但是家具之间和家具与房子之间的匹配性难保证;如果请公司定制或者请师傅到家里制作则价格贵、周期长、质量控制难。就在这个时候,分别来自家具行业和软件行业高级管理者
