H公司人力资源管理经验研究

【摘要】:人力资源管理作为企业建立核心竞争力的重要手段,已被越来越多的企业重视。如何建立适合自身发展的人力资源管理体系是企业取得成功的关键,也是众多中小民营医药企业面临的难题。 本文从我国医药行业及民营医药企业人力资源发展背景入于,以企业管理及人力资源管理理论为基础,分析了国内外企业人力资源管理研究现状。通过介绍H公司的发展状况尤其是人力资源管理现状,详细分析该公司人力资源管理为保障战略目标实现而构建的一整套人力资源管理体系及其具体做法;总结归纳了该公司在人力资源管理方面所形成的全面实施“人才兴企”战略、人才引进力度大成效显著、企业管理专业化水平较高和注重构建较全面的激励机制等成功经验及其做法。这些经验看似平常简单,但在一个逐步成长的中小型医药企业得以全面落实且富有成效,的确是难能可贵的。企业管理理论都是管理实践的经验性总结,但能在实际中做好绝非易事!这也使得本文的总结能为目前我国医药企业解决管理中存在的问题,尤其是人力资源管理问题提供具有一定参考价值的有益经验。
[Abstract]:As an important means for enterprises to establish core competitiveness, human resource management has been paid more and more attention to by more and more enterprises. How to establish a human resource management system suitable for their own development is the key to the success of enterprises. It is also a difficult problem faced by many small and medium-sized private pharmaceutical enterprises. Based on the theory of enterprise management and human resource management, this paper introduces the background of human resource development in Chinese pharmaceutical industry and private pharmaceutical enterprises. This paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management in domestic and foreign enterprises, and introduces the development of H Company, especially the present situation of human resource management. Detailed analysis of the company's human resources management in order to ensure the realization of strategic objectives to build a set of human resources management system and specific practices; This paper summarizes and summarizes the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of "rejuvenating enterprises by talents" formed by the company in human resource management, and shows that the introduction of talents has achieved remarkable results. Successful experiences and practices such as higher levels of specialization in business management and focus on building more comprehensive incentive mechanisms. These experiences may seem simple, but they are fully implemented and productive in a growing, small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise. Enterprise management theory is an empirical summary of management practice, but it is not easy to do well in practice. This also makes the summary of this paper can provide some useful experience for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises to solve the problems existing in management, especially for human resource management.
