生物医药技术转移中的知识产权

【摘要】：生物医药产业是高技术、高投入、高风险、高收益的知识密集型高科技产业,其最大的特点是对知识产权保护的依赖性大大高于其他行业。知识产权制度是技术转移的逻辑前提、法律基础、安全保障和平衡机制,知识产权策略在生物医药技术转移中起着非常重要的作用。加强知识产权保护,对于鼓励发明创造、促进生物医药科技成果产业化,实现实验室、临床成果向现实市场及临床需求的转化具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The biomedical industry is a knowledge-intensive high-tech industry with high technology, high investment, high risk and high income. Its biggest characteristic is that the dependence on intellectual property protection is much higher than in other industries. The intellectual property system is the logical premise, legal basis, security protection and balance mechanism of technology transfer. Intellectual property strategy plays a very important role in the transfer of biomedical technology. Strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights can encourage invention and innovation, promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in biomedical science and technology, and realize the laboratory. It is of great significance to transform the clinical results to the actual market and clinical demand.
