中国制造业垂直专业化的技术进步效应研究

【摘要】：垂直专业化分工是国际分工的新形态,是指一种产品生产过程中不同的工序、区段或环节分散到不同国家或地区的企业进行的分工模式。垂直专业化分工将国际分工从产品层面推进到工序层面,实现了“市场一体化”和“生产分散化”的统一。垂直专业化分工与贸易的兴起不仅对世界经济与贸易发展产生了重要影响,也深深影响了我国经济与对外贸易的发展。对中国制造业参与国际垂直专业化分工的经验分析表明,我国制造业部门已经广泛地参与到国际垂直专业化分工体系中。在此背景下,本文对中国制造业参与垂直专业化分工的技术进步效应进行实证研究。首先,本文综述了垂直专业化及其技术进步效应的相关研究,发现垂直专业化是技术扩散的一种重要方式。其次,本文利用投入产出表测算了我国制造业垂直专业化程度,使用DEA方法测算了我国制造业的全要素生产率及其分解指标—技术进步和技术效率。然后对垂直专业化影响技术进步的机理进行了分析。理论分析表明,垂直专业化分工可以通过专业化分工效应、中间品投入产出效应以及产业关联效应影响一国技术进步。最后本文构建了制造业垂直专业化对技术进步影响的经济计量模型,进而利用行业面板数据考察了中国制造业垂直专业化的技术进步效应。实证检验表明,垂直专业化分工和RD因素显著促进了我国制造业全要素生产率增长和技术进步,但对制造业技术效率有负面影响；垂直专业化的技术进步效应具有行业异质性,高技术、大规模、低出口密集度的行业参与垂直专业化分工的技术进步效果更为明显。
[Abstract]:Vertical specialization is a new form of international division of labor and refers to different processes in the production of a product. The division of labor between enterprises in different countries or regions. Vertical division of labor promotes international division of labor from product level to process level. The unification of "market integration" and "production decentralization" has been realized. The emergence of vertical specialization and trade has not only had an important impact on the development of world economy and trade, The empirical analysis of Chinese manufacturing industry's participation in international vertical specialization shows that the Chinese manufacturing sector has been extensively involved in the international vertical specialization system. Under this background, this paper makes an empirical study on the technological progress effect of Chinese manufacturing industry participating in vertical specialization. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related research of vertical specialization and its technological progress effect. It is found that vertical specialization is an important way of technology diffusion. Secondly, this paper calculates the degree of vertical specialization of manufacturing industry in China by using input-output table. This paper calculates the total factor productivity and its decomposition index of manufacturing industry in China by using DEA method, and then analyzes the mechanism of vertical specialization influencing technological progress. Vertical specialization can affect a country's technological progress through specialization effect, intermediate product input-output effect and industry correlation effect. Finally, this paper constructs an econometric model of the impact of vertical specialization of manufacturing industry on technological progress. The empirical results show that vertical specialization and Rd factors significantly promote the total factor productivity growth and technological progress of Chinese manufacturing industry. But it has a negative effect on the technological efficiency of manufacturing industry, and the technological progress effect of vertical specialization has industry heterogeneity, high technology, large scale, low export intensity, and the technology progress effect of vertical specialization division is more obvious.
