一汽东机工减振器有限公司供应链优化研究

【摘要】:一汽东机工减振器有限公司,是由控股占51%的富奥汽车零部件股份有限公司与控股占49%的日本日立汽车系统株式会社共同合资成立的的以生产汽车减振器为主的企业。目前,公司主要为乘用车和商用车生产减振器系列产品,已经为国内多家知名汽车制造商配套生产减振器零部件产品,除个别地区外,形成了覆盖全国的社会备品销售网络。另外,公司出70余种减振器产品,销往新加坡、韩国、美国、俄罗斯等国家和地区。公司的减振器产品质量水平和产品研发能力在国内减振器行业内都处于较高的地位。当前,一汽东机工减振器有限公司已发展成为国内最大的乘用车和商用车减振器供应商之一。一汽东机工具备了强大的本土化同步开发能力,但是却不可避免地面临各类优秀跨国公司和本土企业的激烈竞争,比如上海汇众萨克斯、天纳克中国等跨国减振器企业和南阳淅减、江苏明星等本土减振器企业。并且一汽东机工存在着采购成本较大、产品质量和新产品新技术研发的挑战,以及企业跨区域发展所带来的资源协调及管理难度。 本文在汽车零部件生产型企业的一汽东机工减振器公司面临竞争和挑战并存的情况下,,尝试从供应链优化的角度来提升公司的竞争优势。本文以供应链的相关理论为支撑,分析了一汽东机工的组织结构、采购流程,供应商选择与评估流程,公司的信息化建设情况,供应链现有的评价体系,尝试探讨当前一汽东机工供应链运营可能所面临的问题,找出问题根结所在的深层次原因。并且针对上述问题提出一汽东机工供应链优化的目标与原则,以及供应链优化方案。最后,引入供应链优化方案的实施策略,进一步完善公司的管理制度,从而提升公司的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:FAW East Mechanic shock Absorber Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Fuao Automotive parts Co., Ltd., which holds 51% of the shares, and Hitachi Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., which holds 49% of the shares. At present, the company is mainly engaged in the production of automotive shock absorbers. The company mainly produces shock absorber series products for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. It has already produced shock absorber parts and components for many well-known domestic automobile manufacturers. Apart from individual regions, it has formed a nationwide sales network of social spare parts. In addition, The company produces more than 70 kinds of shock absorber products and sells them to Singapore, South Korea, the United States, Russia and other countries and regions. The company's product quality level and product R & D capability are in a relatively high position in the domestic shock absorber industry. At present, FAW East Mechanical shock Absorber Co., Ltd. has developed into one of the largest suppliers of passenger and commercial vehicle shock absorbers in China. However, it inevitably faces fierce competition from all kinds of excellent multinational corporations and local enterprises, such as Shanghai Huizhong saxophone, Tiannak China and other multinational shock absorbers and Nanyang. Jiangsu star and other local shock absorber enterprises. And FAW Dongdong mechanical workers have large procurement costs, product quality and new products and new technology research and development challenges, as well as cross-regional development of the enterprise resources coordination and management difficulties. This paper tries to improve the competitive advantage of FAW East Mechanical shock Absorber Company from the point of view of supply chain optimization, which is supported by the relevant theories of supply chain, under the condition that FAW Dongdong Mechanical shock Absorber Company is faced with both competition and challenge. This paper analyzes the organization structure, purchasing process, supplier selection and evaluation process, information construction of the company, the existing evaluation system of supply chain, and tries to discuss the problems that FAW Dongdong machinists may face in the supply chain operation. Find out the root cause of the problem, and put forward the objectives and principles of FAW Dongdong supply chain optimization, as well as the supply chain optimization scheme. Finally, the implementation strategy of supply chain optimization scheme is introduced. Further improve the company's management system, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.
