【摘要】：正在内部推行看板仅仅服务于生产线——物流仓库,在外部推行看板仅仅服务于供应商——物流仓库,金刚公司将两种看板进行有机结合,引进三方物流的电子看板,直接服务于供应商与生产线,将三方形成了一个有机的整体。吉利集团所属浙江金刚汽车有限公司(简称金刚公司)目前所运用的看板分为两种:一种是条形码电子看板,即针对外部的配套供货厂家所使用的一次性看板。它记载了供货单位的名称、物料名称、供货时间、供货数量、工序、所使用的器具、交货地点等信息。第二种
