G企业基于BPR的信息管理系统建立及评价研究

【摘要】：随着全球经济一体化和信息科技的不断发展,中国企业逐步意识到信息化建设在增强企业核心竞争力过程中的重要价值,越来越多的中国企业开始对自身进行信息化改革,在这样的改革过程中,有的企业获得了成功,但更多的企业在实施信息化改革后并没有实现预计的目标。因此,对于仍处在发展阶段的中国企业,特别是我国庞大的中小企业,如何建立适应企业发展要求的信息化管理系统,如何通过企业信息系统的建立满足企业现代化管理的需要就成为本文研究的目标。本文以G企业为例,首先通过对其组织架构进行描述和SWOT分析,找到企业组织架构中存在的问题,并重新进行调整和规划;然后在BPR理论基础上,使用SIPOC、ASME、ESIA分析工具对企业现有业务流程进行描述、分析和再造重组,建立一条高效、合理、更满足企业需要的业务流程;接下来以再造后的业务流程为基础将企业信息管理系统分为销售、采购、储运三个模块,并进行各个模块的功能设计和模块之间的逻辑关联,使G企业信息管理系统与其业务流程相匹配,满足企业信息化管理的需要。最后详细分析并对比了G企业实施信息管理系统前后公司工作效率和效果的改善程度,验证了基于业务流程再造的信息管理系统的实施达到预期效果。文章最后对全文进行总结,并指明了G公司未来工作的方向。本文旨在通过对G公司业务流程再造和信息管理系统设计案例的分析,为准备和正在进行企业信息化管理建设的中小企业提供参考方案。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of global economic integration and information technology, Chinese enterprises gradually realize the important value of informatization construction in the process of enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. More and more Chinese enterprises begin to reform their own information technology. In this process of reform, some enterprises have been successful, but more enterprises have not achieved the expected goal after implementing the informatization reform. Therefore, for the Chinese enterprises still in the stage of development, especially the large small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, How to establish an information management system to meet the requirements of enterprise development and how to meet the needs of modern enterprise management through the establishment of enterprise information system have become the goal of this paper. Firstly, by describing the organization structure and analyzing the SWOT, we find out the problems existing in the enterprise organization structure, and readjust and plan it again. Then, on the basis of BPR theory, we describe the existing business process of the enterprise by using the analysis tool of SIPOCU / ASMEESIA. Analysis and reengineering to establish an efficient, reasonable, more responsive business process to meet the needs of the enterprise; next, the enterprise information management system is divided into three modules: sales, procurement, storage and transportation, based on the business process after reengineering. And the functional design of each module and the logical connection between the modules make the G enterprise information management system match its business process. Finally, the paper analyzes and compares the improvement degree of the company's work efficiency and effect before and after the implementation of the information management system in G enterprise. It is verified that the implementation of information management system based on business process reengineering has achieved the expected results. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the design cases of business process reengineering and information management system of G Company, and to provide a reference scheme for the small and medium-sized enterprises preparing and carrying out the construction of enterprise information management.
