物流集中配送系统在造船企业的应用研究

【摘要】:船舶制造企业是定单型制造企业。它的产品种类较多,但批量少,且构成相对复杂。目前国内船舶企业的物流集中配送管理大多处在数据不共享、配送管理效率和精细度又相对较低的情况。 著名的丰田汽车公司创造了最适用于现在制造企业的生产组织管理方式:精益生产(Lean Production)方式。这种生产方式认为过量的库存就是成本的浪费。而物流集中配送的有效管理则可以理清生产过程中每个项目在不同生产区域的各个生产阶段所需的实际物资原材料,并在此基础上科学配置当前库存和及时申请即将使用的物资材料,对在合理范围内尽可能减少过量库存以避免不必要的场地、搬运、防护管理、找寻成本的浪费,增加企业的生产利润起着非常重要的作用。 为了提高物流集中配送在造船企业的管理水平,急需运用信息化的手段,用一套标准的物资编码体系库作为基础,来打通物资配送中的各个环节,,并与企业中其他同物资配送相关的系统:物资采购管理系统、物资定额管理系统等等进行一定程度的集成,以实现对物资集中配送相关数据的有效、统一和集中管理。 本次主要研究了船舶制造从工艺项目管理阶段开始到最后进行出库配送的整个现有物流集中配送管理业务流程和相关数据的流转方式,并且利用电子化管理对其进行了整理和优化。通过对采购申请、出入库、库存管理和托盘管理等当前主要的物资配送管理理论的研究,结合了船舶制造企业中物资配送管理的特点在企业的实际配送管理中予以应用。船舶产品制造物资原料品种繁多。我们以设计专业为主,结合材料、设备、工具等主要物资的分类,建立起了一套标准的船舶物资编码体系结构(适用于整个物流管理);并根据上述研究,采用了C/S架构和Web服务相结合的方式,使用微软公司的.NET技术进行了系统详细设计和具体实现;依据物资管理业务划分,将系统划分成了材料管理、仓储管理、托盘管理、出入库配送管理、项目管理这五个主要业务模块。开发了一套同设计的软件,由集团公司集中采购了前端的交换平台。 通过该系统在某个船舶企业中的实施应用,改变了原有纸张化物资配送管理模式下繁复手工管理工作所造成的人力资源浪费、因物流管理中缺失配送阶段数据无法整体进行有效归纳统计分析和辅助决策支持以及物资采购与配送阶段物资描述不完全统一等的问题,规范并且优化了物资集中配送管理的业务流程,提高了物资集中配送管理的整个配送与管理的效率及其周转度。在保证生产的前提下合理地降低了库存,提高了配送管理精度,并以物资配送过程产生的明细数据为基础生成船舶工程项目的物资原料实耗分析,在物资配送端进行船舶制造项目中的材料控制,以达到减少材料浪费、节约制造成本的目的,使整个造船企业的物资配送管理水平和经济效益得到了明显的提高。
[Abstract]:Shipbuilding enterprises are ordered manufacturing enterprises. There are many kinds of products, but the volume is relatively small, and their composition is relatively complex. At present, the centralized logistics delivery management of domestic shipbuilding enterprises is mostly in the case of data not shared, and the efficiency and fineness of distribution management are relatively low.
The famous Toyota Auto Body Co created the most suitable for the present manufacturing production organization and management of enterprise: lean production (Lean Production) mode. This mode of production that excess inventory is the cost of waste. The logistics distribution management can effectively clarify the actual materials raw materials in the production process of each project required in different production areas of each the production stage, and on the basis of the scientific configuration of the current inventory and timely application will use the materials, to within reasonable limits as far as possible to reduce the excess inventory to avoid unnecessary field, handling, protection and management, for the cost of waste, plays a very important role in increasing production profits.
In order to improve the logistics distribution concentrated in the shipbuilding enterprise management level, we should use the means of information, with the library supplies a set of standard encoding system as the basis, to open up all aspects of material distribution, and other enterprises in the same material distribution system: commodity purchase management system, material ration management system integration etc. to some extent, in order to achieve the centralized distribution of material data, unified and centralized management.
The main research of ship manufacturing process from the beginning to the end stage of the project management of library distribution throughout the existing centralized logistics distribution management business process and data transfer, and the use of electronic management of their arrangement and optimization. Based on the purchasing application, storage, inventory management research and management of the tray the main material distribution management theory, combined with the characteristics of materials in shipbuilding enterprises distribution management be applied in actual distribution management in enterprises. We design, the combination of materials, equipment, tools and other main materials classification, establish the encoding architecture of ship materials set the standard (for the whole logistics management); and according to the study, using the C/S architecture and Web service combination, the use of Microsoft Corp The.NET technology and implement the detailed design of the system; on the basis of material management business division, the system is divided into material management, warehouse management, warehousing tray management, distribution management, project management of the five main business module. A set of software design developed by the company centralized purchasing exchange platform front-end.
Through the application of the system on a ship in the enterprise, the change caused by the complicated manual management of the original paper of material distribution management mode of human resources waste, because of the lack of logistics management in the distribution phase data can not be effectively analyzed and auxiliary decision support and material procurement and distribution stage material description is not entirely the problem of unified whole, standardize and optimize the material centralized distribution management business processes, improve the management of the centralized distribution of material distribution and management efficiency and turnover. In the guarantee under the premise of reasonable production to reduce inventory, improve the accuracy of distribution management, detailed data and the material distribution in the process of real consumption based on the analysis of generation of ship engineering project material control, ship manufacturing projects in the material in the material distribution terminal, in order to reduce the amount of material The material distribution management level and economic benefit of the whole shipbuilding enterprise have been obviously improved by the purpose of the waste of material and the cost of manufacturing.
