大规模定制生产管理模式在汽车制造业中的应用

【摘要】:汽车产业是国民经济重要的支柱产业,其特点是:产业链长、关联度高、就业面广、消费拉动大,在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。进入21世纪以来,我国的国民生产总值有了大幅度的增长,人们的消费水平有了显著的提高,从而促进了我国汽车产业高速发展,但是,从目前来看,我国的汽车产业依然存在结构不合理、技术水平不高、自主开发能力薄弱、消费政策不完善等突出问题。再加上进口车辆的大量涌入,对国内汽车市场造成了严重冲击,我国汽车产业发展形势异常严峻,所以,结构调整是我国汽车产业进一步发展的必然要求。 大规模定制生产模式为汽车制造企业的发展提供了一条重要途径。大规模定制是一种集企业、客户、供应商、员工和环境于一体,在系统思想指导下,用整体优化的观点,,充分利用企业已有的各种资源,在标准技术、现代设计方法、信息技术和先进制造技术的支持下,根据客户的个性化需求,提供低成本、高质量和高效率的定制产品和服务的一种生产方式。 本文从中国汽车市场结构、我国汽车制造业的现状、我国汽车零部件的现状、汽车产业存在的主要问题等几个方面指出我汽车产业的不足之处,同时指出我国汽车制造业实施大规模定制生产模式的必要性,充分发挥大规模定制的优势,解决生产问题。
[Abstract]:Automobile industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy. Its characteristics are: long industrial chain, high correlation degree, wide employment, large consumption pull, and play an important role in the national economy and social development. Since 21th century, the automobile industry has played an important role in the development of the national economy and society. The gross national product (GNP) of our country has increased by a large margin, and people's consumption level has been improved significantly, which has promoted the rapid development of our automobile industry. However, at present, the structure of the automobile industry in our country is still unreasonable. The technical level is not high, the independent development ability is weak, the consumptive policy is not perfect and so on. In addition, the influx of imported vehicles has caused a serious impact on the domestic automobile market, and the development situation of the automobile industry in our country is extremely severe, so, Structural adjustment is an inevitable requirement for the further development of China's automobile industry. Mass customization provides an important way for the development of automobile manufacturing enterprises. Mass customization is a kind of integrated view of enterprise, customer, supplier, employee and environment, under the guidance of system thought, with the view of whole optimization. With the support of standard technology, modern design method, information technology and advanced manufacturing technology, we can make full use of all kinds of resources that the enterprise already has, and provide low cost according to the customers' individualized demand, A production method for customizing products and services of high quality and efficiency. This paper points out the shortcomings of China's automobile industry from the following aspects: the structure of China's automobile market, the present situation of China's automobile manufacturing industry, the present situation of China's automobile parts and components, the main problems existing in the automobile industry, and so on. At the same time, it points out the necessity of implementing mass customization production mode in China's automobile manufacturing industry, giving full play to the advantages of mass customization and solving production problems.
