从交易费用的视角分析杭州四季青服装专业市场的发展历程

【摘要】：创办于1989年10月的杭州四季青服装市场是“国内十大服装专业市场”之一，也是中国最具影响力的服装一级批发与流通市场之一。“中国13亿人口，人均1件衣服来自‘四季青’，”四季青服装批发市场管委会曾用这个数字来反映四季青服装专业市场的影响力。昔日仅仅只有四亩地大的废旧停车场能发展成为今天享有“中国服装第一街”美誉的专业市场，这不能不说是一个奇迹。专业市场是我国改革开放以来发生于商品流通领域的一项影响最大的制度创新。作为一种重要的流通方式，它对中国经济、社会的发展产生了深远的影响，在享有“市场大省”之称的浙江省的地位更是举足轻重。然而，20世纪90年代中期以来对专业市场前途的担忧屡见不鲜：很多学者都对专业市场的前景表示悲观，仅仅把它视作工业化前期和工业化初期的一种交易方式。另外，还有一部分学者对专业市场的前景表示乐观：他们认为新时期以来，专业市场面临着新的发展机遇，国际化的发展和知识经济与信息化的降临将为专业市场的发展提供新的动力，进而促进传统专业市场的转型与升级。本人较为赞同后者的观点，为此尝试运用新制度经济学的相关观点，立足于交易费用的视角，对杭州四季青服装专业市场这个微观经济组织进行分析，通过对其发展历程的描绘和前景的瞻望，试图说明专业市场是可以避免“消亡”的历史命运的。论文首先对交易费用的发展进程进行了简单的归纳总结，然后对杭州四季青服装专业市场各个阶段的发展情况进行了具体阐述，最后总结出了电子商务和现代物流是四季青服装专业市场发展的新动力，它们不仅可以提高交易效率、降低交易费用，还能确保其可持续发展。
[Abstract]:Founded in October 1989, Hangzhou Sijiqing clothing market is one of the top ten professional clothing markets in China and one of the most influential wholesale and distribution markets in China. "1.3 billion people in China, One piece of clothing per capita comes from 'four seasons green', "this figure was used by the Wholesale Garment Market Committee of Sijiqing to reflect the influence of Sijiqing's professional clothing market. In the past, only four acres of old parking lots could develop into this day." Tien enjoys the reputation of "the first Street of Chinese Garment" as a professional market. This cannot but be said to be a miracle. Professional market is one of the most influential institutional innovations in the field of commodity circulation since China's reform and opening up. As an important circulation mode, it has had a profound impact on the development of China's economy and society. Zhejiang province, known as a "big market province," is even more important. But concerns about the future of professional markets have been commonplace since the middle of 90s: many scholars have expressed pessimism about the future of professional markets. See it only as a way of trading in the early stages of industrialization and in the early stages of industrialization. In addition, some scholars are optimistic about the future of the professional market: they believe that the professional market is facing new opportunities for development in the new era. The development of internationalization and the advent of knowledge economy and information will provide a new impetus for the development of professional market, and then promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional professional market. I agree with the latter, so I try to use the new institutional economics, based on the perspective of transaction costs, to analyze the micro-economic organization of Hangzhou Sijiqing clothing professional market. By describing its development course and looking forward to its prospect, this paper tries to explain that the professional market can avoid the historical fate of "extinction". Then the development of Hangzhou Sijiqing clothing professional market is expounded in detail. Finally, it is concluded that electronic commerce and modern logistics are the new driving forces of the development of Sijiqing clothing professional market, which can not only improve the transaction efficiency, but also improve the trade efficiency. Reducing transaction costs will also ensure their sustainability.
