船钢战略联盟模式及其运行评价研究

【摘要】:船舶制造业是资金密集型产业,从供应链的角度来看,整个造船供应链是由协作厂、配套厂、造船厂、船舶中介和船东之间的信息流和物流共同组成的。船企和钢企是整个造船产业链中的一部分,作为产业链的上下游企业,其之间存在着供需链,利益和风险是息息相关的。如何提高造船供应链的整体竞争力,实现供应链合作伙伴的共赢成为当前船舶经济环境下船企和钢企之间应该考虑的重大问题。我国应该加速钢铁和造船两大产业的战略联盟的范围和深度,从传统的买卖关系转变为长期战略合作伙伴关系,上下游结成以双赢为目标的产业链,来增强抵抗市场价格波动的能力,降低生产成本。 首先,造船业作为国家的支柱产业,一直得到国家政府的大力支持和引导,产量、手持订单量不断创出历史新高,实现了稳定增长。本文对我国船用钢的市场进行了分析,主要分析了我国船舶工业基本情况、船用钢价格的波动等,并对造船供应链进行了介绍。另外,分析了我国船企和钢企战略联盟的必要性,从整体上看,造船业具有造船量大、用钢多等特点,钢企生产厂家多,其之间竞争激烈,使得船企和钢企之间的战略联盟成为必然;从船用钢价格的波动的角度分析,船用钢价格的不断波动需要战略联盟;从造船产业链上看,造船产业具有关联面广、由需求拉动、生产成本越来越高的特点,船企和钢企在供应链中占据重要的地位,使得其之间的联盟很重要。其次,根据以上造船产业的特点,围绕船企和钢企的联盟问题分析了与供应链作为上游和下游的船企和钢企之间的战略联盟模式,根据其之间的联盟深度-利益连接程度,具体的分为协议型战略联盟模式、战略合作伙伴型联盟模式、船用钢材配送中心模式钢企入股船企模式,并对这几种模式进行了具体的介绍。然后,,建立评价指标体系,分析D-S证据理论评价船钢战略联盟的过程,运用D-S证据理论对目前我国船钢战略联盟的这几种模式的运行情况进行了评价分析。最后,对江苏地区的船钢战略联盟进行了思考,分析我国江苏地区的造船业经济运行情况,主要造船地区的造船完工量、新承接订单量和手持订单量的情况,从而指导江苏地区的船企和钢企积极加入战略联盟,并对江苏地区的大船厂、中型船厂进行战略联盟提出些建议,从而能够给自己企业带来增值,增加利润空间,通过船钢战略联盟来提高我国江苏地区的船舶市场经济实力。
[Abstract]:The shipbuilding industry is a capital-intensive industry. From the point of view of the supply chain, the whole shipbuilding supply chain consists of cooperative factories, auxiliary factories, shipyards, and shipyards. Shipbuilding enterprises and steel enterprises are part of the whole shipbuilding industry chain. As the upstream and downstream enterprises of the industry chain, there is a supply and demand chain between them. Benefits and risks are closely related. How to improve the overall competitiveness of shipbuilding supply chain, The realization of win-win cooperation in the supply chain has become a major issue to be considered between shipbuilding enterprises and steel enterprises in the current shipbuilding economic environment. China should speed up the scope and depth of the strategic alliance between the steel and shipbuilding industries. From the traditional trading relationship to the long-term strategic partnership, the upstream and downstream form a win-win industrial chain to strengthen the ability to resist market price fluctuations and reduce production costs. First of all, as the pillar industry of the country, shipbuilding industry has been strongly supported and guided by the national government. The output and handheld order volume have been set a new record, and the steady growth has been realized. This paper analyzes the market of marine steel in our country. This paper mainly analyzes the basic situation of China's shipbuilding industry, the fluctuation of ship steel price and so on, and introduces the shipbuilding supply chain. In addition, the necessity of strategic alliance between shipbuilding enterprises and steel enterprises is analyzed. On the whole, the shipbuilding industry has a large shipbuilding capacity. With the characteristics of more steel, there are many steel manufacturers, which make the strategic alliance between ship-enterprise and steel enterprise inevitable, from the point of view of the fluctuation of the price of marine steel, the continuous fluctuation of the price of marine steel needs strategic alliance. From the shipbuilding industry chain, the shipbuilding industry has the characteristics of wide correlation, driven by demand, higher and higher production costs. Shipbuilding enterprises and steel enterprises occupy an important position in the supply chain, making the alliance between them very important. According to the characteristics of shipbuilding industry above, the paper analyzes the strategic alliance model with supply chain as upstream and downstream shipbuilding enterprises and steel enterprises around the alliance between shipbuilding enterprises and steel enterprises. It is divided into agreement strategic alliance model, strategic partner alliance model, ship steel distribution center model steel enterprise mode, and the specific introduction of these models. Then, the evaluation index system is established. This paper analyzes the process of D-S evidence theory evaluation of ship-steel strategic alliance, and evaluates and analyzes the operation of these modes of ship-steel strategic alliance in China by using D-S evidential theory. Finally, the paper thinks about the ship-steel strategic alliance in Jiangsu area. This paper analyzes the economic operation of the shipbuilding industry in Jiangsu, the completion of shipbuilding in the main shipbuilding areas, the quantity of new orders and handheld orders, so as to guide the shipbuilding and steel enterprises in Jiangsu to join the strategic alliance actively. Some suggestions are put forward for the strategic alliance of large shipyards and medium-sized shipyards in Jiangsu area, so as to bring added value to their own enterprises, increase the profit space, and improve the strength of ship market economy in Jiangsu area through the strategic alliance of shipbuilding steel.
