面向新能源汽车制造商的多目标决策模型研究

【摘要】：研究汽车制造新能源目标决策,政府对新能源汽车制造业的激励作用将会对新能源汽车产业化进程产生直接而重大影响。分析制造商的经营目标能为政府激励机制的设计提供坚实基础。新能源汽车制造商在经营时会面对销量和利润率两个矛盾目标,需用多目标决策方法来优化协调。从系统工程的视角,构建了新能源汽车制造商的经营状态指标,提出了其企业经营的多目标决策模型体系结构,并确定了模型的目标、决策变量及约束条件。考虑系统的内部调节,根据模型要达到的不同目标,对其设定不同的优先级和权重,并建立了两种发展方案。上述模型反映了新能源汽车制造商在追求销量和提高利润之间的协调关系,为进一步对新能源汽车制造商的激励机制设计提供了基础。
[Abstract]:Study on the new energy automobile manufacturing decision, government incentives to new energy automobile manufacturing industry will be on the new energy vehicles industrialization process have a direct and significant impact. To provide a solid foundation for design of the manufacturer's operating objective analysis for government incentive mechanism. The new energy automotive manufacturers will face sales and profit margins two conflicting goals in business when required, the multi-objective decision method to optimize coordination. From the point of view of system engineering, construction management status indicators of new energy automobile manufacturers, and put forward the enterprise multi-objective decision-making model for system structure, and determine the goal of the model, the decision variables and constraints. Considering the system of internal control, according to the different target the model to achieve, set different priorities and their weights, and the establishment of the two development schemes. The model reflects the new energy automobile manufacturers in the pursuit of The coordination relationship between sales and profit raising provides a basis for further design of incentive mechanism for new energy auto makers.
