北方重工企业文化与激励机制建设研究

【摘要】:伴随着信息时代的到来,国家加快了振兴东北老工业基地,装备制造业成了主要的经济支柱,北方重工作为东北装备制造业面临着多种多样的机遇与挑战。在复杂多变的市场竞争中,装备制造业如何加强企业文化与激励机制的建设是现代企业做大做强的关键,也是企业生存与发展需认真研究和解决的核心所在。 针对北方重工重组后的企业文化与激励机制不合理的问题,成为北方重工时刻关注的重心。通过实际考核和调研得到一手资料,在此基础上对不同层次的员工进行进行市场问卷调查及深度访谈,通过资料和访谈总结其关键因素是在于重组后北方重工的企业文化与激励保障机制不足,从而有针对性地提出相关对策和建议,具体内容如下: 首先,在文献综述的基础上,通过问卷调查和深度访谈对北方重工集团有限公司现行的企业文化及人力资源管理综合分析,从定性的角度深入分析了该公司企业文化、激励等方面存在的问题。其次,在以上分析的基础上,构建了以激励为核心的北方重工企业文化及激励等一系列的科学管理模式框架模型及框架图,从该公司生命周期角度阐述了激励机制的主要主要思路及具体做法,并从组织结构调整和考核机制两方面讨论了管理模式的保障机制。最后,为了保证该激励模式的顺利运行,分别对企业高层管理者和企业员工个人提出了政策建议,从而达到提高该公司市场占有率、实现公司最终发展目标。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age, the state has accelerated the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China, and the equipment manufacturing industry has become the main economic pillar. As the northeast equipment manufacturing industry, the North heavy Industry is faced with a variety of opportunities and challenges. In the complex and changeable market competition, how to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and incentive mechanism is the key for modern enterprises to become bigger and stronger. It is also the core of enterprise survival and development that needs to be studied and solved. In view of the unreasonable enterprise culture and incentive mechanism after the reorganization of Northern heavy Industry, it has become the focus of attention of Northern heavy Industry at all times. On the basis of this, market questionnaire survey and in-depth interview are carried out to employees at different levels. The key factors are summarized through data and interviews. The key factors are the lack of corporate culture and incentive and security mechanism of the reorganized North heavy Industries. Thus the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, the specific contents are as follows:. Firstly, on the basis of literature review, through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, this paper analyzes the current corporate culture and human resource management of Northern heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., and analyzes the corporate culture of the company from a qualitative point of view. Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis, a series of scientific management model frame model and frame map are constructed, such as the enterprise culture and incentive in the north heavy industry, which is the core of incentive. This paper expounds the main ideas and concrete methods of the incentive mechanism from the perspective of the company's life cycle, and discusses the guarantee mechanism of the management mode from two aspects: the adjustment of the organizational structure and the assessment mechanism. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the incentive model, In order to increase the market share of the company and realize the ultimate development goal of the company, the policy suggestions are put forward to the senior managers and the individual employees of the enterprise respectively.
