建筑企业商业模式解析与创新研究

【摘要】：建筑业是伴随着新中国建设事业的发展而成长壮大起来的，但是近年来，我国建筑市场竞争日趋激烈，建筑企业生产利润持续走低，生产经营活动困难，企业数量不断减少。面对此种状况，建筑企业应该如何改变局面，以适应客户需求、市场变化和社会发展趋势，引入新的管理理念及运作方式，进行合理的经营战略转型，这些问题都涉及到建筑企业构建商业模式以及商业模式创新的主体内容，因此建筑企业商业模式的研究应该引起人们的足够重视。本文从建筑企业所需要的商业模式理论支撑为切入点，深入研究了建筑企业商业模式原理、分别介绍了工程总承包型企业、专业施工型企业、劳务分包型企业这三种建筑企业商业模式的类型及分析。本文利用现有文献研究，总结商业模式创新的一般方式，，结合建筑业特点及现状进行分析，在此基础上提出了我国建筑企业实现商业模式创新的四种新形势以及企业在选择商业模式创新时应遵循的三个原则。最后为体现本论文研究的实用性，作者以某一建筑企业为案例，详细介绍了建筑企业商业模式选择在现实中的应用，并据此提出了该企业在进行商业模式创新时的对策。最后给出了研究结论，展望了后续研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is accompanied by the development of the cause of building a new China and grow up, but in recent years, China's construction market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the profit of construction enterprise production continued to decline, production and business activities difficult, the number of companies continue to decrease. In view of this situation, the construction enterprise should how to change the situation, to meet customer needs, market changes and the trend of social development, the introduction of new management concept and mode of operation, strategic transformation operation and reasonable, these problems are related to the building construction enterprise business model and business model innovation main body, therefore research on business model of construction enterprises should arouse enough attention.
The theory of business model in this paper from the construction enterprise support as the starting point, in-depth study of the business model of construction enterprise principle, separately introduces the engineering general contracting enterprises, professional construction enterprises, commercial mode of labor subcontracting enterprises of the three construction company and the analysis of the existing literature. In this paper, a general way summary of business model innovation, combined with the characteristics and current situation of construction industry are analyzed, on this basis put forward three principles of four kinds of new situation of China's construction enterprises to achieve business model innovation, enterprises should follow in the choice of business model innovation.
Finally, practical research in this paper the author to a construction enterprise as an example, introduces in detail the construction enterprise business model selection and application in reality, and the countermeasure of innovation on the business model of the enterprise are put forward accordingly. Finally, the research conclusion was given, at the direction of follow-up study.
